We have been coming to Bolton for years and couldn't be happier to have found this property! It was clean, nicely decorated and had all that we needed for our stay(including toiletries, snacks and wine)! We were walking distance to town and the beach and had a great stay!

Anna & Lenny are great!! The apartment was comfortable and immaculate. Snacks and toiletries were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and look forward to another stay!

Property was really nice. Had everything you could need. We brought our 2 dogs and it was great to have so much area to walk around. Great restaurants nearby and walkable. We drove 10 minutes to Lake George Village however found that to be very touristy and didn’t have any good restaurants. Bolton Landing has better restaurants and bars by far. Village of lake George good if you want to take a boat tour of lake George.

The place was great - clean, close to town and local beaches, and perfect for my small family. Anna was very responsive and great to work with. Will definitely come back.

We were very happy with our stay in this cozy apartment. My husband and I stayed for the week, both working from here, then exploring the town in the evening. The apartment was very clean, spotless really, and had almost everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable! We brought our little dog and she was very comfortable as well. Anna was very quick to respond to any questions we had and very pleasant to talk to. It’s a great location, with a nice, clean beach across the street and many restaurants to choose from within a short walking distance. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

I would definitely suggest this place to stay. It is walking distance to the little village of Bolton Landing and across from the street from a free beach area that has a playground and picnic tables. It’s like only about a 20 minute ride to Lake George Village. The place is very cute and very clean and the owners are very nice and pleasant.

I was looking for a location that was accessible to the lake and close to town. I can finally speak for myself when I say this place matched all the rave reviews. The cottage is definitely a home away from home so clean and cozy. This location is super close to everything. We hope to visit again!

We stayed in this wonderful apartment in July. It was immaculately clean and decorated with adirondack furnishings. It was walking distance to the beach and the town of Bolton Landing with great shops and restaurants. Looking forward to staying again next summer!

We rented this apartment for 3 nights stay over a long weekend. Decor and location were just as described and we had plenty of room for us and our little dog. The bedroom is upstairs so nice and cozy. The bed was really comfortable. There are also a set of twin bunks in the room for children. We went during the Lake George winter carnival which was enjoyable and we came back to peace and quiet away from the crowds. Only suggestion is that owner put a mat outside to wipe off snow covered boots. Didn’t want to bring the mess inside.

What a great trip to the Lake. Super close to the boat rental, town, public beach ( w playground and grills), and ice cream (Steward Shop). Anna was super responsive to everything we needed. Apartment was perfect for our family - toaster oven, microwave and coffee Made making breakfast/kids’ meals easy. Supermarket is walking distance as well. Super Clean and well maintained; sheets/towels were super nice. Looking forward to coming back.

Apartment is clean and a perfect space for my family. The 2 level is perfect to gather downstairs (esp. with a powder room). The kitchenette has cups and dishes and utensils - very useful for takeout meals. A short walk to town for coffee, lunch, public beach and marina. The wine, snack and coffee was a nice touch.

We really loved the location, the charm and the amenities of this rental. We had our two dogs with us and the grassy areas right nearby was a plus. It was in a great spot, easy to walk to town but also private. The AC upstairs was great. The kitchen had just what we needed. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the sleep quality. There weren't curtains in the bedroom to block out light, only shades (that let in plenty of light!). At first I thought it might be so dark at night that it wouldn't be a problem, but there are a few lamp posts in the parking lot and they lit up the bedroom. I had to go buy duct tape and space blankets at the hardware store and taped them up. I would definitely stay here again, it's private and in a great spot. I'll just remember to bring my own blackout curtains.

If you are looking for a quiet weekend destination, this is the place for you. The property was just right for us (family of 4). Clean and cozy. Anna is a great host, we loved it so much we are thinking of coming back in the Summer. There is a public park and beach right across from the property. We went during the off season but you can find some good spots to eat and things to do. For breakfast we enjoyed bagel sandwiches @Bear's cup (walking distance) and Caffe Vero (Lake George Village). We also enjoyed a nature trail @Cat & Thomas mountain and at night we went to Lake George beach to walk and enjoy the scenery.
