Richard is an excellent host—kind and hospitable—and upon your arrival, he provides important safety recommendations for tourists. The place is lovely and clean, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A major plus is that Metro line 9 is just 250 meters away, offering a direct route to Trocadero; from there, it’s just a short walk to the best view of the Eiffel Tower. We returned to the accommodation well past midnight, and the journey felt very safe. There is a Carrefour nearby, as well as bistros, a pharmacy, and bakeries. ¡Thank you, Richard! We would definitely stay here again.
