The location was perfect, the room was very clean and organized with fresh linens, and the facilities like the pool and parking were very nice.

The apartment was not ready at check in, as well as the cleaners left a couple of big bags of garbage in front of the door. However, Blanca was very responsive and communicative when I asked about the keys at check in. Once we had the apartment, it was a perfect stay for my husband, I and three kids. I will definitely rebook there on future trips.

First of all, both TVs in the living room and master bedroom were not working. We called Olalla Homes and they said they'd try sending someone to fix it but nobody came. Second, the boilers were not working so our showers were ice cold. We switched on the boiler and nothing happened- no hot water, nothing. Then, they gave us a blanket short and counted the couch as one of the beds we reserved. The couch was NOT a sofa bed and no mattress pulled out. It only laid flat. In the morning, there was a power outage in the area and so our washing machines cycle stopped midcycle and locked. Ollala said they would be able to ship the clothing locked inside to us once they were able to get it open and the power went on. They then proceeded to inform us that the shipping would cost us a whopping $300 and they'd only absorb half. The entrance was also very complicated to find as we were dropped off at the entrance to the apartment complex but we had to walk all the way around the side of the building to get to the lobby check-in. Our stay was lovely but all these minor issues added up really put a damper on our short stay.

Everything was perfect! You are near the port, near the sea, near the canyon and you have in the residence an amazing swimming pool with saunas and fitness. It was the best location i had take in booking! Thanks a lot.

The location is great Having a washing machine and dryer at the flat is very good The response to all my questions quickly but took long time to solve problems. The facility of the building are very nice.

I arrived at 1700 and the flat was not ready or clean. Which is 2 hours after checkin time. And only after 30 minutes wait someone come with the key. It took them 48 hours to sort the full set of keys and chip that I was promised at entry and to sort the parking. The air condition unit is very noisy, they are aware of the issue but they didnt fix it, it is working well but making noise.

Great for families. Pool and gym were super. Easy to collect the keys. Owner was extremely responsive to queries. Kitchen basics all present. Incredible location.

Apartment was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the facilities such as the swimming pool. The location was great, it was very close to the beach and the Arena mall.

The contract we had to sign and sending all our identity cards and passports was concerning to send private documents, we have never had to do it before and we have used Booking.com many times in the past.
