location was perfect, easy access to the centre. nice and modern accommodation. very friendly and attentive communication from staff.

key collection could be closer. key safe at rear entrance would be beneficial. Also unfortunately we were stuck twice in the lift, I do understand this is not the vendors fault.

Location was great - central & not far to station, good range of shops, bars & restaurants nearby, good to have allocated parking, balcony was a nice touch, as was tea & coffee provided, good to have dishwasher & extra TV channels, good sized fridge and freezer

Sofa was so uncomfortable we couldn't sit on it, also not enough sofa seating for 5 people, apartment uncomfortably warm all the time, beds not comfy either, quite noisy from bars (which can't be helped, but could provide ear plugs), no instructions for anything, TV was temperamental, can opener didn't work, provided iron tripped the electric fuses, key collection & drop off (a good mile or so away) is a faff, why not just have a box like others, SO difficult to find the allocated parking, especially if you arrive when dark, got totally lost so rang provided number for help, no answer! Such a shame as it could be really great. Suggest the owner & 4 friends live in it for 5 nights or so, they could then put right all the little niggles quite easily.

Got a little lost at first , but one of the hosts phoned immediately and helped us locate it.

The apartment was amazing , beautiful and had everything we needed. The only downfall was the heat of the building. It was so hot every time you came out the lift and had to immediately be sat by the fan. But We couldn’t fault the apartment otherwise.

Excellent location to train station, shops and nightlife

Property was very hot, no internal ventilation in bathrooms and only one fan provided which meant one bedroom had to go without each night we stayed. Balcony was undergoing works for cladding which we didn’t know about, meaning no view. Instructions for key collection and car park were not the best, but we found everything in the end

Excellent location, next to lots of restaurants, big Sainsbury’s close to shopping centre. Good sized apartment and excellent hosts
