Clean room

I didn't like the outside doors were not secured. Anyone had access to side door. No key access needed. Especially around 10 p.m

Our stay was great! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was great! No complaints!

I like the washer and dryer were close to my room, however I think it’s time for an upgrade on the washer and dryer. I liked that I was on first floor and close to exit. The room was set up nicely. Was Enough space. Happy to have a mini fridge. And we did feel safe.

The bathroom, specifically the shower was not cleaned very well nor kept up very well. The bathroom looked neglected.

The room itself was clean, linens were clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for what we needed. We wanted to be close to Cedar Point and also near Norwalk, where we were visiting family. The cleaning lady who was working on our floor when we were packing up to leave was extremely nice. Probably the nicest staff member we encountered all weekend.

After checking in, asked the attendant at the front desk about wi-fi access. He originally said he would need to find the brochure and once he did he would call me. There was a long line of people forming (after midnight) at the front desk, and he seemed overwhelmed. I went back to my room where I found that I did not even have a phone in my room for him to call. We thought maybe he was going to call my cell. almost an hour passed with no call. I went back to find him and he said he tried calling but I did not answer. He was surprised when I told him there was no phone in the room. You would think the front desk guy would know stuff like that. He told me how to get onto the wi-fi by typing in my last name and room number and it kept saying my information was not found in the system. He could not help me and told me to come back the next day when someone else was working. When I went back in the morning, the guy who was working explained to me that my middle initial needed to be in front of my last name. Once I did that, it worked, but I don't understand why the other guy didn't know that. Also, they did not provide ice buckets. Luckily we had a container with us that we could use. Also, there was a serious lack of available electric outlets in the room. One outlet in the bathroom and outlets on the night stands and that was it. This was supposed to be a "suite", which literally just equated to a room with a granite countertop on the side, and there were no outlets at all on the countertop, so you couldn't really use it for much! While the rooms were clean, the hotel itself was not very clean overall, seemed very outdated in many ways, and the rooms did not look as nice as the photos on the site showed.
