Nothing really it was a terrible experience from the minute we arrived and up until the minute we left.

Beds were dirty with dead insects and faeces and uncomfortable. The ground floor bedroom had a flood and I slipped and hurt my foot on arrival. There was an ant infestation on the second floor. The second floor bedroom had dirty beds. They only came with clean bed linen for 1 of the 2 dirty beds. The balcony was flooded with about 2 or 3 inches of water so couldn’t be used. I believe this property wasn’t checked prior to our stay. They did come and mop up the ground bedroom flood and changed 1 of the beds on the second floor beds, there was 2. The 2 single beds are not suitable for adults. I wasn’t told about the beach passes so couldn’t use beach. Pool was out of service so could use that either. The building is in a poor state of repair. Yhe building looked like it’s been abandoned. Pictures of the whole place advertised is not any like you see wh you get there. The WiFi didn’t work but gave up complaining as no one got back to me.

The property is NOT In Montego Bay it’s in Rose Hall which is a very good distance away, about 20 minutes drive the grounds are kind of kept the buildings are owned independently so all are not up to par. The inside is nice my friend found rat droppings on her bed upstairs. but we were comfortable & felt safe overall. The manager was not nice and manipulative! the welcome center was not open, if it even existed at all! She knew it was 3 of us coming, and didn’t say that it would be extra fees and charged us an additional $257 before we could enter the property after we stored our luggage in the condo and said $257 has to be paid before we can access the property! she was rude about when I was asking her why didn’t she tell us that when we booked and we had conversations with her throughout the entire time. We all felt played bamboozled hoodwinked scammed! Only 1 set of towels were allowed for the 4 days of the stay we had to go purchase our own. It is easy to get drivers from this location who absolutely made the the trip better the restaurant on the location was delicious and the people were nice. It was quite and safe but the drivers are needed if you don’t have cars and the driver info is inside of the restaurant which is absolutely amazing.

Good location, on the ocean, fairly close to the airport. The pool was large and well maintained. Had a poolside bar for those that wish to lounge and drink. On site restaurant had good food and was convenient.

Apartment was spectacularly updated. The complex was dated and run down.....well past its prime. Those who complained about cats are cat haters. A few strays around that didn't bother with anyone. Better cats than vermin!

The property was not good it looks in the pictures now. Many a few years back. The walls and ceiling paint were falling apart. Someone was starting cleaning the unit when we walked that took an hr and left dirty towels. They had ants. The ants were in my stuff on the table. They said they are sugar and and are harmless Someone will come back the next day to spray. That didn't happen. The queen bed are two singles put together in one of the rooms. The other is a single with a put out underneath. It's not worth the money. The property building is old not kept. The swimming pool was closed.

very pretty view pent house was so beautiful and set up so nice bed was so big and comfortable. nice pool and bar and staff was amazing ! nice view on the beach and great food.

ants in the kitchen and when you first walk in very small ones but that’s it.

The location definitely needs work. A lot of cats on the facility. At time you could smell the cats urinate in the air.

The hospitality was horrible. When I first landed there was a misunderstanding with the booking of the place. As I tried to get some kind of understanding and clarity the host or the owner of the property was extremely rude, unprofessional and reallly impatient.
