We really enjoyed returning to Ocean Grove after a bunch of years. The house is well located on a park. It’s walkable to both the beach and the Asbury Park restaurants. The house is well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, badges, bikes, etc. The air hockey and foosball are fun too. And the hostess was very thoughful and welcoming. Altogether a great long weekend.

We went for a concert in Asbury Park and decided to make a short beach vacation out of it and it was wonderful!
We have rented through the other apps several times and this was our first VRBO. Loved loved the house and experience. Coleen is an absolutely wonderful host - so kind and tentative and realistic. The house is so cute and roomy that we felt like we were at home. The neighborhood is super cute and everyone is so friendly❤️
We are looking at dates to book again for 2024.

Our host was excellent and responsive. Ocean Grove is a community with Methodist roots, so it is a calm and charming area, sort of the opposite of Asbury Park next door. The beach is beautiful. We had a great time, loved sitting on the front porch. My only complaint is that the house has a ton of little decorative knickknacks everywhere so in order to put a cup of coffee down, sometimes we had to move some decorative objects to around. The beach cart is a little worse for wear, but we really appreciated having all the beach gear. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas at the beach.

My husband and I live on the west coast and rented this property to meet up with his east coast dwelling brothers and mother. The house was very clean, well stocked and had a personality all of its own. We had a lot of fun playing and hanging out at the house and exploring the town that it was in.

Colleen's house is in the heart of Ocean Grove, within walking distance to the beach and Asbury Park boardwalk. Colleen is a very accommodating host and provides games, bikes, BBQ, and beach chairs, and is available via text if you need anything or have any questions. The house itself has a homey beach vibe that has a lived-in and family feel, which is part of the charm and reminds me of the shore houses of my childhood!

Colleen is an amazing host who provides information and goes out of her way to make our stay so very memorable. From extra candy and kites and toys and games for kids to chairs and umbrellas and the beach cart, colleen thinks of everything before you do too my your stay an amazing and wonderful experience. We had a VERY last minute stay and our host was super accommodating. She made she we knew everything that was in the house and it was very clean when we got there. The walk to the beach was not bad and we had three little ones who definitely enjoyed the park across the street and the porch! I would definitely stay here again!

Labor Day getaway
Colleen was a fantastic hostess, great communication from the outset. We enjoyed our quick trip to Ocean Grove over Labor Day. The house was clean and full of curiosities that entertained our kids.

Sweet cottage at the beach!
Colleen worked very hard to make our week at the beach great. Our teens loved the Wii and the game tables! Her home is an easy walk to the beach, Ocean Grove village, and all that Asbury Park has to offer.

Property was perfect for our family. Close to beach and town. Comfortable and clean. Colleen was super responsive and helpful. Borrowed boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella - huge lifesaver! Hope to come back !!
