good location in the centre of town and easy to get to coastal walk

took us a while to figure out the bathroom sink tap wasn’t as labelled.

Excellent communication with Kent, the owner. Accomodation was excellent, and met all our needs.

it was right in the Center and the place was beautiful was like home from home

It was clean and plenty of stuff for us to use like cleaning products and towels .the staff was friendly when we picked up the keys and said if needed anything just to call and when we left early I contacted owner and he was friendly.will defo be back

Quiet but central location

The flat is in a perfect location for all the local amenities. It is lovely and clean and Kent the owner is super friendly and on hand if you need anything. The bathroom is amazing and the flat has all the essentials you need for your stay.

There is nothing that I didn't like, however the gulls can be quite noisy so if you are a light sleeper, take some ear plugs

Bang centre in middle of Arbroath, modern facilities large bathroom and good size kitchen with dining table. Large main bedroom comfortable bed. Smart TV with Netflix account and reasonable wifi connection. Parking outside entrance door

The step into the shower was quite high and anyone less mobile would struggle to get in and out. Although not used the bath looked similar. The single beds in the 2nd bedroom although comfortable were quite low down. There is an electrical drone sound from outside periodically but this didn't bother us. Front steps need repairing which I believe is in hand. The entrance to the flat has no kerb appeal but once inside totally different. A shaving mirror in the bathroom would be of benefit.

Everything! Location city centre with parking and near to theatre bars restaurants and shops

The flat was just like home from home it was well looked after spotlessly clean had everything you needed a will definitely be booking again within the next few weeks my first Time at Arbroath and this wee flat made it just feel like home my youngest son who has Downsyndrome and autism finds it difficult when wee go away from home but this home made it feel just like home for him he really enjoyed the stay and is asking to come back so we’ll be back when schools are back off so 10 out of 10 and have recommend this flat to family and friends for their stay x
