Once inside the apartment, it
is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work.
The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

The staff
we were missing the towels and the room was facing a very noisy Main Street. I would recommend double glass windows to avoid the street noise.

My wife and I were comfortable at the apartment, it was spacious and the cleaning lady was very good. She did an excellent job honestly. Two disappointing things though, no hot water. We asked them to fix the geyser issue many times but no luck! Also, the bed was so uncomfortable :( They really need to get new ones because wow!! totally old beds they got.
The bed and no hot water.

The location is great, close all the places of interest and the airport.
I highly recommend this place."
