Very nice. Appliances and furniture in very good condition. Everything worked. Shortage of silverware knives and floor was a bit dirty, while this is minor. Beach less than 100 yards from gate. Beach cleaned every day. Pool was very clean. A lot of families with kids stay here. Enjoyed meeting people while children had a great time interacting. Nearby restaurants have very good seafood. Best thing, wave action very moderate here so little people enjoy the ocean, not getting banged around. St. Pete a very nice downtown to visit.

The condo was perfect , It has everything you would need if you were flying in to stay here . We live fairly close , so we brought all of our own beach needs . Location is great ! You can walk to shopping and restaurants. Host were very quick to respond . There are 2 elevators and the one closest to our room did not work most of our trip . I would say that was the main draw back to this condo . But location and the spacious Beautiful condo help to make up for that .

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The location is great, an easy walk to Johns Pass. We have stayed at the Madeira Norte before but this condo was the nicest. The views from the balcony are amazing. Easy check in and out. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying at this location and we were very pleased. Everything was just as advertised. From the pictures that portrayed the views of the beach to the rest of the accommodations. Could not have asked for anything more.

This condo was very, very clean and we loved the door having a keypad entry. The sofas looked brand new and we loved having a walk in shower. Plenty of towels and sheets, and various other beach gear. The comfortable balcony furniture was much appreciated. Thank-you so much, Bill & Peggy, for sharing your condo with us!

The location of this #409 condo is excellent, within walking distance of all Johns Pass has to offer. The view from the master bedroom and living room is outstanding. The building itself seems well maintained and the pool. Security is very good, having to use keys to access the stairway and elevator. The condo is extremely well-stocked with any kitchen utensil you could need, games, beach toys and items. The balcony has a small table and chairs and other chairs. The new couch and loveseat is very nice. There were two items broken when we got there, one chair on the balcony and the guest bath toilet seat, both minor things. Overall a great condo directly on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Loved everything about the condo...very clean, updated, all amenities needed. Appreciated the extra guest parking pass, as our son's family could visit easily. Great location, pool, and beach. Thanks for everything Peggy & Bill.

Just finished a 10 night stay and it was great! Beach view and location were perfect! The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Am looking forward to a return trip next year!

Everything you could need , beach chairs, towels , umbrellas and a beautiful pool. Other guests were very friendly. Place is very clean and comfy , the second bathroom has a connecting door to the second bedroom, making it very convenient for two couples . Sunsets on the deck or on the beach are beautiful!

Property was wonderful and location was perfect

We had a fantastic week in this condo. It is comfortable & had everything we needed. Furniture is in exceptional condition and appliances are very nice. Tons of storage with plenty of extra linens and towels. The view of the gulf is beautiful, and it was great having the convenience of John’s Pass right across the street. Corner units are always great, and 4th floor is perfect for privacy, yet low enough for a great view and listening to the waves. It’s a very short walk to the beach. Do not hesitate to rent this unit…highly recommended. If we return to the area Madeira Norte 409 will be the first place we check. The owners are very responsive. Thank you for a great week!

Our stay was amazing. The supplies and kitchen were fully stocked, much more than other properties I’ve stayed at. The view off the balcony was beautiful! I highly recommend.

Another huge bonus is the condo was stocked with about anything you would need. The property owner answered all my questions promptly and was very helpful. When we come back to Madeira Beach I will definitely check this property out first!

The condo was actually better than the description/pictures online. It was stocked with every necessity you could imagine. It was very clean and had top of the line amenities. We could not have asked for anything better! We really enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. The proximity to the beach and John’s Pass was perfect! We can not wait to go back And stay here!

Wonderful condo on Madeira beach. Within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and John's Pass. Great location, clean & updated condo, with many extra items to use on the beach (chairs, umbrella, tent, games...) made this a great family vacation.

Living in central Illinois and tiring of the winter weather here, my wife and I were eagerly anticipating our week away in Madeira Beach. We were not disappointed! Madeira Norte #409 is a lovely condo with a big balcony overlooking the beach and the Gulf. A delightful place to enjoy one's morning coffee! This lovely two-bedroom, two-bath unit was all we could ask for. It was tastefully furnished, clean, and welcoming. Peggy & Bill even had a basket of assorted treats and water and a personal note waiting for us at the kitchen counter upon our arrival. The beach front condo is well furnished with kitchen supplies. We only had to make one trip to Publix to buy a few items for breakfast and lunch. There is also a front closet full of beach supplies to use: chairs, tent, cooler, beach bags, beach towels, assorted beach toys, etc. And the beach is an easy trip down the elevator, past the pool, through the gate, and you're on it! The condo has a plethora of books and games that would fit a family's needs. John's Pass, with its many restaurants, shops, and water excursions that is directly across the street is a huge plus, too. We took advantage of its proximity, eating there twice, shopping, and going on a dolphin excursion in the bay. In addition to our pleasure with the condo, working with Peggy was a pleasure, too. She makes herself available by email and phone if you have questions before arrival. In our case, she graciously bent over backwards. Our original flight out of Peoria was canceled because of a snowstorm. We were able to re-book a flight the next day, which meant that we would lose a day at the condo. I called Peggy to tell her of the situation and she felt badly; but since the condo was booked on the day we were to leave originally, she could not extend our stay an extra day. She offered to contact VRBO and see about a refund for the lost day. If that wouldn't work, she offered a free day the next time we would stay. I don't know if many other owners would be that helpful and feel that responsible. VRBO did refund the cost of the lost day. Bless her heart! Madeira Beach is a wonderful place to stay. We hope to return. And we hope to work with Bill & Peggy to rent their condo again. I give it & the owners an A+.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host provided clear, accurate, detailed information on check-in procedures. The views are outstanding and the unit was very clean and comfortable. Every household and beach amenities are provided. The host spared no attention to detail. The property is very close to restaurants, shops, and the right on the beach! We couldn't have been happier with this choice and will definitely return in the future.
