Localização razoável , 26 minutos da Disney e 40-50min da torre.
Tudo, principalmente a enganação das fotos. Conservação está muito ruim, móveis de baixa qualidade e um cheiro de mofo horroroso.. o anúncio parecia tudo bonito e novo, enquanto na realidade parece mais um cortiço em cima de uma pizzaria.

J'ai aimé la facilité d'accès et la possibilité de pouvoir se garer dans la résidence. Le logement était spacieux et très bien décoré. Je me suis tout de suite sentie comme chez moi. La communication avec le service de conciergerie fût fluide.

Sabrina s communication was perfect. she replied as fast as we asked any needs. her guide was perfect. the house environment was silent had carpark and everything was wonderfull. i came by car with my family, it is 30 min to city center by car.
just very small problem in the summer you will need Air conditioning. but if you open window it is ok:)

The property was great. Everything you needed, in an unexpectedly lovely location.
Equidistant between Paris and Disney which was perfect for me.
Only problem I had, was that I didn’t realise keypad was actually on door handle and was searching for it!

Nice location, the apartment had everything you need.
The whole apartment needed a finishing touch to make it cozy.
The shower is complicated and very weak water pressure, also very hard to get good water temperature.
We understood that you can watch Netflix but you can't. There is an option to log in with own user though.

Lovely clean apartment with great facilities. Great location for visiting Paris and Disneyland. The bed was extremely comfortable and concierge was very helpful. We would certainly stay again.

Cozy, clean and warm place, great and quite location, very central if you plan to go to Disneyland park or Paris. Flat is small but have all we needed. Very good parking space and great communication with the owner

I like to stay outside Paris to unwind in a larger space with my own facilities. My Evening Break was ideal for this as it is a relaxing modern apartment located near a beautiful water setting with access to local shops and a great restaurant next door.
The 20 minute walk to the local RER station would not be suitable for all guests.

Great value for money for a flat that has easy public transport links to central Paris and Disneyland.
Flat is small but had everything we needed. Nice and warm (we visited in February) and with plenty of hot water.

The apartment was very clean, simple and well decorated 👌🏽 and location is superb. It was right beside the lake, there was a playground too and walk 🚶♂️path you can go to jog or for a walk. Very calm environment. Nice residential area.
There was no supermarket around. If you don't have a car is a bit far by feet about 22 minutes from the Noisy le Grand station same if you're coming from Bry sur Marne Station to the apartment. I barely could locate a bus going towards that direction.
I Didn't like that the bed was a double separate bed I would have preferred a one large matrimonial bed than a separate mattress it was not comfortable to sleep on.
