Excelente vista a la Peña de Bernal, habitación muy confortable y su terraza con jacuzzi nos encanto

el desayuno estuvo bueno, nada fuera de lo común pero cumplió mis expectativas.

El volumen de la tele no se podía subir y siento que faltó shampoo y cosas más premium para el baño por el precio que se paga.

La arquitectura

El costo, es muy caro para el nivel de servicio

the location was good. the parking, though down the street, was easy. the rooms were clean and the tv and shower were working excellently. blankets and everything looked new and fresh.

The breakfast was great but was a 10 minute walk into town. coffee at the hotel was CHARGED to us. I am not sure why a complimentary coffee would have been difficult since they make it on the premises. Furthermore, there was no replenishment of water or toilet paper in two days. we were 4 people so there was only two small bottles of water when we arrived and i had to ask for more. the internet was down when i tried to check out, so we had to return. then they asked for a bank transfer. (ha!) i had wished it was obvious that they charged AT the hotel and not before. i was under the impression that at booking.com the room was charged in advance and on my credit card. overall, the staff was ok, the woman was accommodating the man was resistant and not as friendly. he seemed surprise by my extra water request upon check in. there is no spa. there is a room for massages but no actual spa on the premises. the price was OUTRAGEOUS for this. this hotel is worth about half the listed price per night.
