Had an amazing stay with the family and my 2 dogs. 2 mins from everything, beach and food. Dog friendly beach and also great communication through the property management that made the stay even better. Thankyou!

Lovely place

After an initial hiccup with the water heater forcing us to move properties we quickly settled in and had a wonderful time. The team at professional holidays were wonderful and managed this unexpected issue quickly and efficiently

GREAT PROPERTY , CLEAN , TIDY , GOOD LOCATION

Really great location, just down the road from the beach. The property looks much better in person too which is a bonus! We were very impressed with the interior as well as the awesome backyard. The fencing is really great if you have pets. My only concern would be the “fairy garden” part of the back yard. There are a couple of ponds and lots of trees/bushes and for our doggies (that like to get dirty) it meant we had to watch them and couldn’t leave them alone. Not a fault of the property though! It’s a gorgeous feature which makes it special. Shops are nearby with lovely cafes! Would recommend Benny’s. My only complaint would be that the couch needs replacing. We found a little bit of an infestation of bugs but quickly fixed it with the bug spray already in the cupboard. We would absolutely stay again!

The Palms had everything we needed, was in a quiet street, and close to the beach. Would stay there again.

The house itself is quite nice and a short walk to the beach. This is where the positives of this trip end. We decided to sit outside despite some mosquito infested ponds in the backyard and within an hour of arriving at the property we were trying to find an emergency vet to treat my dog who had found a packet of ratsak that had been left near the barbeque. I notified Professional Holiday Homes ( the managing agent) who were very quick to try and point the finger elsewhere for failing to provide providing a safe environment for a property marketed as “pet friendly “, even providing a screen shot advising they take no responsibility for children or pets in their properties so if you value your children or pets I would not recommend staying in properties managed by this company. Over the entirety of our stay we had to make multiple trips to Nowra for further treatment of my dog who still remains unwell from the rat bait. This has been an extremely stressful and costly trip. This was the first time we have taken my dog on a trip to a “ pet friendly” property and unfortunately has been so traumatic it will probably be the last. I would hate for anyone else to go through what we have so feel it is only fair to warn potential renters about this property and the managing agent.
