The location

The room was a little outdated..no ceiling fan in the bedroom or living room. It got pretty hot in the middle of the night.

The beds were uncomfortable, room outdated and the A/c was extremely loud.

I liked that the unit had a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, and had two bathrooms.

I took stuff to the car at 8:30 AM and the staff attempted to come into the unit while I was at the car. My daughter was still in the unit and was not properly dressed when this happened. I made a second trip down to the car a few minutes later (being uncomfortable, this time my daughter came with me) and when I got back up to the unit, the staff was already inside. This was 2 hours before checkout.

I was given the wrong room number in my confirmation email, then the pin to get into my condo didn’t work for the first 2 days of my stay, no housekeeping but there was a cleaning fee anyways, management is off site at a completely deferent location, had to request then go and pick up new sheets/towels/soap Coffee maker and silverware were filthy, I would not recommend this place to anybody I like trust or respect.

The location was great. Also the room was very nice. We would stay here again for sure.

Big kitchen with an island, had all necessary items to cook. Since we did early morning hikes and came home late at night, was ideal to have a fully stocked kitchen and fridge to store leftover poke, and make spam masubis for our hikes.

I requested ocean view, and it was pretty much a side view from the balcony, a little disappointing. Due to covid office hours were shortened and due to our itinerary we were never able to be there to change rooms for the one we requested. Otherwise it was great.

The fridge was not working and I tried calling so many times, no one there to pickup the phone.

Great location with well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.

The accommodation was clean and met our expectations. The view from the balcony was surprisingly good for sunset but otherwise it does look out over the parking garage, but was labeled as a partial view of the beach, so not upset.

It would be helpful if the accommodation was more clear that this is separate from the "Castle Maui Banyan". It is a private accommodation inside that establishment and the front desk will give you the parking pass, but they do not provide any other services beyond that. We didn't have any problems, but if you do, know that you can't go to the front desk for help. You have to go through the owner of the room.

Way too overpriced for what we got. A very old hotel room with 2 little and very uncomfortable beds, a tiny bathroom and just a minibar & coffee machine. Everything old and dusty. We checked in after 10pm and they couldn't find our reservation, the lady on the phone was very rude and helpless. We could only get into the room by 11.30pm thanks to a security guy who helped us. Visitors can only park in the 4th floor WITH NO ELEVATOR!!

Our room G510A was nothing more than a two bed motel room. Dirty carpet, air conditioner did not cool the room. We thought our room would have a kitchen like other rooms but no! No washer or dryer to wash clothes and took over four days to get fresh linens. Very disappointed in room.

Pictures in the listing are nothing like what you get. They give you much smaller rooms, dingy, unhygienic and with no view even though we picked a room with a view. There is no direct reception desk or maintenance staff - they manage the property with assistance from reception at a sister property. So the sister property couldn't care less about your needs. There is nothing I liked. There were dirt marks in towels we got. Listing had a king bed - but when you go there you realize they have only twin beds - and very very small ones at that - kid size. They promise a view in listings - but in reality you will have to hover over the balcony with a binocular to find a glimpse of the view. We booked this place for my birthday and it was the worst place we stayed at with Booking.com. After complaining for 3 days, they offered to upgrade when there was only hours left for us to pack and leave. The worst part is that even when I complained all this to Booking.com multiple times - no action was taken from Booking.com or the property itself.

Run away. The worst in booking.com. Unhygienic, creepy, dingy and the place is absolutely nothing like the pictures.
