The location is great, always a free parking outside the building for the rent-a-cars :) The apartament was super clean when we arrived, and the host always answers immediately if you have any questions.

Good location, the flat was clean, everything works. The host provided a bottle of water, wine and chips too, which was sweet and nice. But the chips has expired, they probably didn't check it 😆.

The hot water was very limited, probably can run for less than 5mins. The host said its because of the setting of the building, but to me it doesn't matter what's the reason. But that's the only downside of this flat.

Loved the stay at Casa balu! Ugo made a huge effort to make us feel comfortable and provide everything we need. The flat is clean, modern and has enough space to fit three people easily. Location could not be better and the pool is Fabolous. Can't wait to come back to this incredible flat.

Apartamento pequeño pero muy acogedor, cómodo y bastante limpio. La ubicación es buena y en general la estancia fue agradable. Ideal para pasar unos días en Fuerteventura.

La propietaria fue bastante estricta con algunas normas. Además, aunque se nos indicó que el apartamento disponía de productos básicos, echamos en falta algunos elementos esenciales como gel de ducha y suficientes consumibles para la estancia. Para cuatro días tuvimos que comprar gel, papel higiénico y otros productos que normalmente suelen estar disponibles al menos para los primeros días. También solicitamos la posibilidad de retrasar ligeramente la hora de salida. Habíamos realizado el check-in pasadas las 12 de la noche y preguntamos si, excepcionalmente, podíamos dejar el apartamento un poco más tarde que las 10:00 para aprovechar la mañana y poder ducharnos antes de ir al aeropuerto, ya que nuestro vuelo era de noche .La respuesta fue negativa y se nos indicó que debíamos abandonar el alojamiento a las 10:00 en punto, sin posibilidad de flexibilidad.
