We had a wonderful few days at this remarkable property. Situated next to the pier and close to some of England’s outstanding areas of natural beauty. The property itself was quite stunning! Spacious, well resourced, luxuriously decorated and very comfortable - we really appreciated the good communication from the owners and had a thoroughly wonderful time at this property.

This property definitely had the WOW factor. As we arrived and walked in through the front door we were so happy. The property is beautiful, immaculately clean, has everything you need including lovely underfloor heating, a magnificent kitchen and the location is superb. The sea and stone jetty are just two minutes down the road and you can walk to the bakery for fresh bread and pastries for breakfast. There are some wonderful places to eat just on your doorstep and as for walking; it is a walkers paradise. The bus service is fantastic so you could visit without the use of a car and get about easily. The property is so beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It is the most ideal place to spend a holiday. Thank you Heather and Joe.

Beautiful interior with a definate WOW factor. Very close to beach and town. Sparklingly clean. Well equiped kitchen with the bonus of a gas hob. Absolutely loved it.

The accommodation was extremely clean and tidy. It was beautifully furnished and in a great location, just 2 minutes walk from the sea and all Swanage pubs and cafes and shops.

We are delighted to have stayed here. The property is charming and cleaned to a high standard with excellent decor and well equipped, including for a young baby. The Location is close to the sea front, shops and amenities as well as a long term carpark for a second car.

This was our second stay at the property. It’s extremely well presented and fabulously equipped . The basement area can be a little dark but is extremely comfortable in every way and the location could not be better , just 20 yards or so from the seafront .

The property is really lovely. Spacious and well equipped and literally 2 minutes from the beautiful beach. It has a private parking space which is perfect. This is our second stay here and hope to be back again.

Beautiful apartment, absolutely stunning location. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the sea and how comfortable the accommodation was. Only downfall was the road noise in the early morning. Otherwise an absolutely fantastic property in a truly beautiful location.

Despite the looming storm we had a really lovely stay here with lots of nooks and crannies for kids to explore and a great place to chill out in the late afternoons after a great day out. It's a stone's throw from all the amenities you'll need and a handy parking spot. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with all you'll need and a great sized fridge for anything you need to store. Thanks for the welcome treats as well. We'd definitely be back in the warmer months to spend a bit more time on the sandy beaches at Studland and explore the area more.

My husband and I were able to spend a lovely week with our daughter her husband and two young children in this delightful holiday home in Swanage. It was clean and tidy and fully equipped for a young family holiday. Ideally situated within the town, close to beach, shops, restaurants and bars. We would definitely go there again!

Missing it already!
We’ve been visiting Swanage for many years and have always stayed in lovely accommodation but Flat 2 Pier View was AMAZING! It was in The old part of Swanage which we love, 2 minutes from the beach. The property is huge (but also feels very cozy) and the 5 of us were very comfortable there. There are a couple of separate sitting areas which meant we could get away from each other! The property is very well equipped with good quality appliances. The only want I had during the week was for a washing machine but considering everything else the property offered it was a tiny thing. All in all it was a wonderful stay in a wonderful property. We hope to be back.

Lovely welcoming home
The property is spacious, bright and welcoming. Very comfortable and well equipped. My young grandaughter said it was wondrous ! and can't wait to return . We loved Swanage despite the weather and will hopefully book again next year for a longer visit.

It is very well equipped and we didn't want for anything. The location is perfect, a brief stroll to the seafront and anywhere in town is easily reachable on foot. Highy recommended.

Lovely comfortable apartment with lots of space and very well equipped kitchen. We stayed the first weekend of Oct 2020 which was wet and wild. However we went for walks and enjoyed being by the sea. Durlston Park was particularly nice. Would definitely come back here. Carol

The description on Homeaway is very accurate, but this lovely property really exceeded our expectations. It is a very spacious apartment, yet still homely and very comfortable. It is very well equipped and we didn't want for anything. The location is perfect, a brief stroll to the seafront and anywhere in town is easily reachable on foot. Highy recommended.
