Really enjoyed staying here. Was in FL for work and this place as perfect. T

We are in pain to see the devastation after hurricane Ian hit this Island and other areas nearby. We have the feeling our stay was the last stay of people in this property. So unreal to see places on the island were we have been and they are totally gone. We had dinner next to the pier. Nothing is there anymore. Really feel sad 😞

We liked this place to stay very much. It was very clean and the pictures prior to arriving were accurate. We received timely instructions on how to access the rental along with contact info for any problems we might have, which were none. This rental is located centrally on the island and we walked to the beach, not too far. There’s also a Publix grocery close by. We went to several different areas on our stay, Sanibel, Naples, and Cape Coral, and found the central location to work very well for us. It was a 10-15 minute drive to the north end of Fort Myers beach where there are a lot more restaurants, bars, and the pier. We were happy with our choice and wouldn’t hesitate to stay if we are ever in the area again!

This is a very nice property, and it is well-maintained. The screened porch on the second floor faces a canal, and is an enjoyable place to hang out. All the appliances are modern, but the kitchen could use some more tools and a blender. Furniture and beds are ample and comfortable. Excellent value for the price.

The apartment was very clean with a homey feel to it. Everything was in working order. We had problems with the television you tube TV service but Nick was sent to help us, what a godsend. We had an excellent time here and already reserved for next year.

We had a great stay! Here are some suggestions: The kitchen could use more glasses and coffee mugs we felt that we had to run dish washer every day because there were only 4 cups only 1 large glass. The beds are comfortable but both beds had no mattress pads. The air conditioner broke but prompt service took care of issue which was appreciated. Traffic is bumper to bumper on Estero so bring your walking shoes! Overall, good stay😎

Very limited silverware, only four forks. When only staying there a week, it would make sense to provide more toilet paper and dishwasher pods. Doesn't make sense for us to buy a four-pack of toilet paper that we would not use or bring back on the plane. Also, it looks like in the master shower that the tile on the wall with the shower device was never completed. There are tiles missing and I'm sure you are getting water behind the wall.

My husband and I rented the property for a couple weeks to bring our two small dogs and just warm up during the winter. We were delighted that the beach is just a few blocks away! The house has a great view of a canal from the screened in porch and kitchen. We loved having two beds and two baths, simply to store things in the 2nd bedroom out of our way and for each of us to have a bath to use. There was a problem with the grill on site, but management of the property brought a new one within 24 hours. A very quick response and they brought a NEW grill! I don't think there was anything we were missing on premises. It was a phenomenal experience for us!

Beautiful clean condo in a great location! We absolutely loved it and will definitely want to come back. Only hiccup, which is NOT your fault but you should know: the neighbors across the street have talkative dogs that they leave out on the lanai all day. Their barking is incessant. Maybe talk to them about bringing them inside?

Overall nicely updated older apartment within a 4-plex (not a duplex as I had assumed). Short walk to the beach. New slider out to the nice screened porch. New kitchen appliances. Wide, deep sink. Dimmable recessed lighting throughout. Large bedrooms. Updated, but cramped main bath/shower (my "pandemic 15" did not help). Shower head needs securing. Open hole in tile next to shower head - just needs some patching-up. Water pressure wasn't such that we could get the full benefit of the multiple spray heads (IMO) - but this was a non-issue for me personally. No mattress cover on the beds; several morings I awakened with my face on the bare mattress as the fitted sheet had come undone - probably my fault, but I would not want this happening with renters...I would get a matress pad or cover and have the cleaning service rewash this each time (if this service is offered?). Shared laudry was not as huge a deal as I had feared. Ants were present (but this is S. Florida); alerted the responsive property manager who assured us there is regular pest control. SUV will likely not fit underneath the carports - so no great shade if you're concerned. Original Pan Am crank windows likely need to be replaced for increased energy efficiency/air conditioning (IMO) - we were running the A/C the entire week. I appreciated the supplied hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, kitchen towels and dishwasher pods. The overall biggest let-down was the lack of kitchen essentials, or what I would consider essential: 1) cheese grater 2) wine opener 3) only 4 forks for our family of 4 4) blender 5) hand mixer 6) muffin pan 7) measuring cups/spoons 8) pizza cutter 9) wisk is plastic (and bends when using; not very sturdy) 10) cooking basics (e.g. salt/pepper/oil) This was only my 2nd stay in a VRBO property, so I'm not 100% sure what is typical for the kitchen. I can understand if renters continue to break/lose things that it would be frustrating to continually have to replenish items. Not sure how I would handle this as an owner as I feel my perspective might be different. The property manager indicated any future replacement items would be at the owner's discretion. The Keurig, Amazon Echo and Nest thermostat are nice touches, but for my $$ as a renter, they are canceled out when I have to rewash my fork after every meal. IMO, if you replenish or increase the kitchen essentials, I think this would provide a more satisfying overall renter experience!
