Exactly as described - we were actually pleasantly surprised that the bathroom was only shared between two rooms. Great location, easy to get to from the main train / bus station which has transport to/from both airports and all the sights. The host was great and we were able to leave our bags at the apartment before our evening flight

exactly as described: private house, two big rooms, owner lets you in, usually he is away.
good condition of the apartment, clean, nothing luxorious, excellent location

The host was so friendly and nice. He gave us souvenirs as well! The room was clean and tidy. Location was good and close to public transport. Good value for the money

The location was okay, close to Termini. The owner was polite.
The add doesn’t state clearly enough that it is a room within a occupied apartment where the second room is rented and the owner spends most of the day in the living room (and he smokes there). This shared space and shared bathroom setting is not absolutely worth it for the money. The bathroom was not clean enough for a shared room, a wet rug was often left on the floor and the bin was not emptied often enough.
