The apartment was small but has everything you need, very clean and cosy decorated.

The mattresses were not the best but ok for one night. Also, the sofa bed is next to a stone wall which makes it a bit dangerous for children. But our son slept very well with on the mattress on the floor.

The owner of the property was accommodating and called the neighbors that were really loud. Additionally agreed to cancel and refund the rest of my stay. The bathroom is modern; specifically the bathroom cabinet and the shower. In the shower you can select the exact temperature that you want. The kitchen has relatively modern appliances and sink. The apartment was clean.

The location is extremely close to the railway and when a train passes the house is trembling. The house has almost zero soundproofing: - You can hear loudly the trains that pass in any room. - In the bedroom, sounds from the street can be heard as well from the windows that's next to the bed. - Opposite to the bedroom, there is a locked door that is connecting the apartment L' Emeraude with a different apartment. That door has terrible soundproof (I could hear the person of that apartment having a phone call, and when I didn't hear him talking, I could hear the other end of the conversation). - Upstairs there are apparently other apartments too, and conversations as well people walking can be heard too. The separate room with the toilet has no heating and no bathroom mat in case you are wearing only socks. Personal preference: The bed was too soft. If you tried to sit on the bed, you would "sink" into the bed.
