Enjoyed our girls trip to Anna Maria Island and loved this property!

My family enjoyed our stay. There was an issue with the bed where the slats came out of the frame, but Laura helped get it addressed quickly (it was Father’s Day weekend so she arranged for someone to come Monday morning - the handyman fixed it to where it shouldn’t be an issue for anyone moving forward). The owners were very available, friendly and responsive. The yard and pool were the highlight of the trip - we used the pool more than the beach! The house location is fantastic! Close to Bridge St. where all of the restaurants are and mini golf (we went twice). Seriously, you can’t beat the location of this lovely little house! Thank you for having us!

Rental is clean, private pool is amazing and location of property is great! Laura is very prompt when responding to any questions you may have during your stay. Had a great family vacation!

Lovely, clean, well furnished cottage and close to everything.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. It was clean, beds were comfy but the best thing about the beds were the individual comforters. Great idea! The private pool was great. The owner was very quick to respond to our text or emails. We do a lot of our own cooking therfore we bought groceries for our 9 day stay. Not a lot of cabinet storage. We would suggest that the owner might want to remove their food to allow full use of the 2 cabinets we had. Since we do cook, sharper knives and a couple more cutting boards would be nice. When not swimming or cooking we play a lot of cards. The chairs for the inside dining table are horribly uncomfortable and the chairs for the outside dining table were only a little more comfortable. These were only minor inconveniences and we found ways to work around them. We have already decided to rebook this great home for our 2024 sisters trip.

A very nice, clean and well situated property. Extremely close to the beaches and good restaurants with live entertainment. The pool and garden area is a real bonus on those hot sultry days. Parking is nice and easy also, so leave the car and explore the island on the free AMI trolley that stops 100yards away.

Lovely property in a great setting.

The house was Perfect for our trip. Clean, comfortable, and decorated cute. For the four of us we had plenty of room, enjoyed having two bathrooms. We loved being able to step out to the pool. Perfect location! Walking distance to the beach, local restaurants and cute shops. We also were lucky and got to meet the owners, they were so nice!. Would stay here again

We stayed for a short weekend getaway to celebrate a 30th birthday and had a blast. The location to the beach was perfect and the pool was amazing!

This house is perfect for two couples. It's basically two master bedrooms in a beautiful little house with a remarkable landscaped backyard and pool. All the charm of a very old beach bungalow with all of the desired modern conveniences. Laura handles everything in a manner that makes you feel as if you're a guest in her private home. And yet she takes care of all the details in a hjighly professional manner, making the visitor's stay seamless. This is a rare combination. I hate to say more because word will get out and we'll have difficulty booking a return trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. Perfect size for the 4 of us and the location couldn’t have been better. The backyard was also your own little oasis. The beaches were some of the most beautiful that I have been to in Florida. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Laura's beach cottage. We loved that the 2 bedrooms were on opposite sides of the home with each of us having our own space and bathroom. The backyard was a perfect oasis that we loved using for morning coffee and when we got home from the beach. The walk to the beach was short, with beach access right across the street. We were able to walk to all of our meals from the house. We will definitely look to book again in the future!

This is our second time staying here and it will not be our last. Laura is awesome to work with and soooooo accommodating. The only part I didn’t like was leaving!! ❤️

We booked this property on a whim having never heard of Anna Maria Island before this year. Two weeks after arriving home, our children are asking when we are going back! Laura and Kevin's home was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We have two girls, ages 9 and 5 who (still) refer to the house as "their beach house." The house was immaculate. The pool/backyard was beautifully landscaped and private surround by palm trees. The beds were so comfortable, all 4 of us have never slept so well. The location was perfect. If you make a left, the beach was a very short walk. It was SO helpful to have a beach wagon/chairs/umbrella/towels and even sand toys for the girls! Even during Spring Break, we felt like we had the beach to ourselves! If you made a right, you were at the bay. We walked there every night after each gorgeous sunset. The house is one block from Bridge Street, which has restaurants, shops, coffee, mini golf and as we discovered early on, an ice-cream/candy shop that we frequented quite a few times. (Highly recommend the Key Lime Pie ice cream) We also took some of Laura's suggestions and had dinner at The Beach House (excellent, beach front dinner), a boat ride with Captain Anne (we saw dolphins!) and we rented bikes which were delivered right to the house. Overall, a much needed, stress free, picture perfect family vacation. We will definitely return to Anna Maria Island and would love to stay at this house again!

The house was amazing and the pool area is where its at. The pool area looked brand new ! It's like your own oasis ,well definitely be back thanks!

Great location to walk to beach. Backyard pool is a great place for morning coffee and relaxing during the day especially if the winds are up at the beach. Easy walk to Bridge Street. If you are use to sleeping in a dark room suggest taking a mask. Back bedroom is light especially the air conditioner light.

It’s a lovely bungalow in a fantastic location. The owner is quick to respond and does everything she can to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The home was very neat and clean. It was obvious the owner spent time decorating it with lots of fun decor that fit the island feel. Furniture was comfortable.
