Amazing! The home is perfect and the host is awesome! Everything was as expected and more. We are a family of eight and fit perfectly comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. I cannot say enough good things, but we will be back ad soon as possible and look forward to many more stays here.

Cute little house close to everything, loved the creek of the hardwood floors. Three bedrooms was the perfect amount for our party, everybody had a bed. Kitchen was well stocked, there were even extra towels and blankets if needed. Very thankful for the extra fans that were in the closets for this Texas heat. Host was amazing and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns.

Great location. Nice size house.

This is a charming old house in a quiet, pleasant street near the beach & close enough to town or the places we wanted to go birding which was our main focus on this visit. The house is comfortable, well stocked & aside from the laundry location in the garage (we didn’t care for this but the equipment worked just fine) a lovely house. There were 3 issues which kept this review from being a 5 star. First, the house was not clean. Every counter, window sill, dresser & table had dust on it. The windows were so dirty they were hard to see out of. The front porch chairs had to be cleaned off & the deck swept before we wanted to use it & some of the utensils needed cleaning as well, etc. Second, one of the mattresses was upside down (springs up) & third, the fan in the living room inoperable. On the positive side we contacted Frederick & he responded immediately & 2 members of the cleaning, maintenance crew came on that day, turned the mattress but could not fix the fan. I hate to leave a bad review & I suspect the ones who care for the house for Frederick have probably let him down. I would recommend the house based on my feeling that this will probably not happen again. The beds were comfortable, AC worked fine. For birders who might think of renting this home the birding was fantastic from the front & back porches!!
