Welcome to Lucky One, a historic Avila Beach cottage house in the heart of downtown Avila Beach. Lucky One is located on San Miguel St. and is just steps from the beach and downtown area.

Large walk-in shower in a remodeled bathroom. The bathroom is accessible from both bedrooms.

The second bedroom, just off the living room, also has a Tuft & Need queen bed, two night stands and dresser storage. The Comphy Company bed linens are supplied.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at this adorable little cottage in Avila Beach during August and September. The location couldn’t be better — just one block from the beach — and the cottage itself is clean, well kept, and has a nicely equipped kitchen. The weather was beautiful throughout my stay though it did get pretty warm inside in the afternoons (85+ degrees) since there’s no A/C or bedroom ceiling fans. Still, it’s a delightful place for anyone wanting to enjoy the beach and the relaxed Avila vibe.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this little house. We have started here in October for the last 4 years. Great location just 2 minute walk to beach. The staff at Seven Sisters couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. What a great little town. We have been coming to Avila Beach since the early 70. Lots of changes but still has that quaint little beach town feel. Bill at The Hula Hut is a real gem. He has been there since he was a child and can tell wonderful memories of the old new Avila. A visit here will be a must.
