This charming little villa is particularly bright and serves as the owners’ country home not far from the sea (about 5 km by road, in Castro).
With a distinctly rural atmosphere, it has been meticulously designed down to the last detail, featuring various hand-decorated elements created by the owner, who drew inspiration from the local vegetation.
The main entrance features a central arch built with stones from the Messapian period, taken from the property’s perimeter wall. The villa is situated on a fully fenced property of approximately 6,700 square meters, featuring olive and fruit trees, dry-stone walls, and Mediterranean scrub.
The rainwater collection tank has been converted into a small 4 x 4-meter pool, 1.20 meters deep, located about 30 meters from the main house.
Interior layout: large open-concept living room with a dining table for 6, a built-in kitchenette with a small dishwasher, and a sofa area featuring a fireplace and a built-in sofa bed (80 mt * 1.90 mt);1 master bedroom (1.60 m × 2 m) and 1 twin/double bedroom (2 beds measuring 0.80 m × 1.90 m), both with an en-suite bathroom/shower. Both the bedrooms and the living room/kitchen offer direct access to the large rear terrace with a thatched roof, equipped with a large table and rattan chairs, a sun lounger, a sofa, and polyrattan armchairs. Also outside is a large antique oven, around which a relaxation area with built-in seating has been created.
Near the main house, there is an insulated wooden guesthouse measuring 4 x 4 m with 1 double/twin bedroom (2 beds measuring 0.80 m x 1.90 m) and a bathroom without a shower.

 Weekly rates include water and gas consumption, as well as bed and bath linens. For any additional changes requested by the guest, there is an extra charge of €30.00. A final cleaning fee of €120.00 must be added to the weekly rates.
