Ideal base for us, equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable, we felt very much at home. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had before our stay.
The house was a little on the warm side, especially at night. Wasn't a huge problem.

Great location for visiting family. Comfy bed. Clean linen.clean toilet, bath and sink. Secure garden. Easy access. Will book again
Just a few bits to do with missed cleaning , crumbs in cutlery drawer etc. Cigarette butt pile outside back door which the dog tried to eat! Nothing serious, but would take it from 85 to 95%.

Wi-fi, beds and peaceful neighbourhood.
CLEANLINESS: Kitchen was health hazard ( details available if an e-m is sent to me) and should be inspected by independent assessors; lounge evidence of hairs.
One teaspoon! welcome tray: 7/7milk out of date, no biscuits
Needs deep-clean; review by 'Nelson' 13/6 suggests that virtually NOTHING was done to prepare for our visit or his: we should be recompensed.

In need of a deep clean. Superficially looked clean but skirting in bathroom grimey. Collection of dust and fluff in corners. Kitchen cupboards feel sticky. Sink in need of deep clean.

The facility was exceptionally clean and well kept.
It felt like home away from home.
It has only one toilet and bathroom.

The house was warm and comfortable. There was a small garden for our dogs which was appreciated. Lovely welcome card and chocolates on arrival. Good supply of tea/coffee and some toiletries. Good communication with Sarah.
Sadly, the level of cleaning was not so good. The bed sheets in one room were damp and husband woke to find a spider crawling on him under his duvet. I found cobwebs and small spiders in the bedside lamp. It was as if the house had not been occupied for sometime and not given a good airing and thorough clean. Shower pressure was poor. House needs general maintenance update. But for our short 4 day stay, we did not consider any of the above (apart from spider in bed) to have spoilt our stay.

Location was main reason we picked for visiting family. Area was nice and property secure enough for our dog. Very comfortable beds.

lovely touch leaving chocolates and Christmas tree.
location was perfect for us, being dog friendly and so close to such good walks.
minor issues - rubbish bin already full - crockery had gold leaf so unable to use for microwave.

The house was perfect it had everything we could wish for to make our stay comfortable .The location was perfect in a nice quiet area.
