Lights in lounge, kitchen and bathroom not working. Limited crockery, only 2 mugs! Could have done with another pillow on single beds.

The smell of dogs Property is tired and in disrepair Flooring is worn, bathroom in particular THE SMELL OF DOGS Not clean throughout The sofa was so unsupportive, flimsy scatter back cushions and no strength to the structure - basically had to lay on it rather than sit. The smell..... Chipped crockery - mugs all bar 1 damaged. Bedroom curtains were so thin, a token gesture in dressing the rooms

Loved the space and having the whole cottage , very clean comfortable , 2 toilets which was a bonus with the grandchildren

Sofa was uncomfortable but I understand why a wipe clean sofa is supplied , place was a little cold , heating appeared to be on a timer but it didn't come on very often , TV reception a little glitchy, no leisure passes supplied ( but we picked them up from reception ) but definitely value for money

The temperature shower knob comes off and you can't alter the temperature of the shower. A pen and paper would've been handy in the drawer with the takeaway leaflets. Perhaps a few more games and dog toys.

Great location, good value for money, nice home to stay in. Dog friendly.

There are no details on connecting to the wifi or simple instructions on how to use the appliances. Welcome book had details from 2017!!! Check in at 5pm is to late for a short stay and those with younger children and differs from details when booking. Some areas need a refresh (flooring in bathroom)

Part of ‘The Bay’ resort which has a lovely feel to it, also has a fantastic position next to Filey beach. Well equipped kitchen.

To be expected to some extent with a dog friendly property but the cleanliness of the property could have been a lot better.

Lovely cottage - everything that you needed was there. Perfect location for access to the leisure centre, pub, shop and the beach.

The code didn't seem to work on the key box, so had to go to Reception for them to help as the number I was given from the booking didn't work. Apart from that, brilliant.
