In diesem Feriendomizil erwarten dich 3 Schlafzimmer, 3.5 Badezimmer, ein Grill und Klimaanlage. Dank der Ausstattung mit WLAN-Internetzugang und Fernseher ist für gute Unterhaltung gesorgt. A very nice rental home with a lot of amenities. Hosts provide bicycles, fishing rods, and kayaks. There is a pier over the bay which provides fishing action and a beautiful view. Beaches are a very short drive or bike ride and they are beautiful. The house is well appointed. We appreciated the large kitchen and bathrooms attached to every bedroom. The pool is a nice addition as we normally started the day at the beach and then returned to the house for cooling off in the pool. Nearby restaurants are good, but parking is really hard to find. Make sure you stock up on supplies on the way into the island because choices for replenishing supplies are limited.

Lovely private and peaceful location with lots of room for family. Several bikes, tools and supplies were provided along with bike locks. Also pool floats, beach chairs and kayaks. Access to beach thought Tween Waters was a nice bonus. We ended up walking or biking there mostly and only used the parking pass once. The private pool was relaxing and with just enough sun and shade. We loved having the dock so our family could arrive by boat. We prefer this section of the island to others as it is more peaceful but still close to town center of Captiva and the beach. All the bedrooms had private baths, and the house is lovely. Enjoyed our stay - thank you!

We enjoyed staying at the Royal Palm House, Beautiful home well kept. The house is very spacious, the views of the bay were awesome!!. Enjoyed grilling and spending time on the screened-in balcony over looking the bay. We loved waking up and watching the gorgeous sun rise on the bay every morning especially from our balcony off the prime suite. Loved the kitchen it was perfect , a lot of space for cooking meals together. The property and boating dock were awesome for my sons to go fishing off the dock and to kayak on the bay. We saw dolphins swimming in bay. Perfect property for our dogs, a lot of privacy. The Tween Waters Resort and beaches were a big plus The only issue we had was not having private beach access across from us as we always had in the past rentals. It was definitely a great family Vacation and awesome rental..
