it’s located in the heart of Mahon, next to a local market. Room was exceptionally clean, nicely styled.

our double room is too small for a couple, it probably suit more for a one person. The hotel don’t offer a hot breakfast. Swimming pool wasn’t heated.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Very helpful staff , good breakfast, and good location. A novel phone app was provided to open the front door and the bedroom doors. We would recommend this hotel.

The photo of the swimming pool on the Booking.com site is a bit misleading. The pool is small. A "plunge pool" if you will. It would be helpful if the exact dimensions were provided as part of the website material. The Booking.com emails sent whilst we were staying at the hotel were annoying especially as the prices quoted were very expensive and uncompetitive eg the taxi price quoted by Booking.com for a journey to/from the airport to the hotel in Mahon was twice what we actually paid for the taxi that we arranged separately. Booking.com should seriously look at providing much more competitive rates. Otherwise Expedia and TripAdvisor and other competitors will get our business.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty ok (just not much of variety) Location was perfect. Walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops. Free parking was available (walking distance) or paid parking just across from the hotel. Hotel was very clean and love the RITUAL bath kit.

There was no quilt in the room but we do like sleeping with the air-conditioning with a blanket usually. They saw that we used a mattress protector instead as we were asleep and did not realized we yanked out the mattress protector as there's no blanket. However, they did provide a quilt to us the next day which was nice but it had no cover. I requested for one but it was just the quilt on it's own which I found a bit odd. There was a tiny pool but there was no towels provided at the pool but my room was closeby, so no issues. Love the no key method but the only problem is that both my spouse and I sometimes have to go separate ways and having to login to the app to unlock the door, kicks the other person out. Would be nice if 2 people can login at the same time.

Lovely light room. Lovely terrace. Casual relaxing buffet breakfast. The property is perfectly positioned.

much too expensive for a small room with no view and no furniture (apart from the bed and a tiny table with a chair); it's more like a hostel than a hotel: bad value for money! Their tiny "pool" in the patio is more or less a bathtub (and it was closed in the evening) 😕

you hear everything what is going on in the house… my room was at the ground floor with a small patio, but could not see the sky.

The property is very central, the swimming pool was a big bonus and the hotel is modern, clean and lovely. Having a fridge in the room was also handy.

great location. breakfast really good. staff very helpful. bed very comfortable and room very clean. enjoyed the plunge pool after a day out and about. we had a room with terrace which was lovely to sit on early morning and in the evening with a coffee and glass of wine.

We loved our stay at Casa Miranda. The room was really spacious, which included the bed and the bathroom. The whole space was also beautifully decorated/designed, and super clean, minimalist, and traditional. You also have a cute coffee/tea set up in the room and Ritual (the brand) soap/amenities in the bathroom. The hosts were also very helpful and kind, and checked us in and out seamlessly. Casa Miranda was also located right at the center of town (the port, old part etc.), and right across a parking, so it just couldn't be better.

Although we really liked the breakfast (was a nice selection of fruits, pastries, and they even had soy milk!), we would have liked some hot items (e.g., scrambled eggs). But it was good nonetheless.

We loved everything about Casa Miranda - such a wonderful addition to the beautiful town of Mahon. We could not have wished for a friendlier, kinder welcome. Jordi treated us like family. We can't wait to return! The hotel is beautifully designed, very comfortable and breakfast was absolutely delicious. We felt very at home and very happy as long time Menorca lovers always looking for new lovely places to stay.

Using the rainfall shower seemed to cause the whole bathroom to get very wet making it a little uncomfortable going back in to use the facilities - perhaps needs looking at :) we didn't have time to mention this as we were only there 2 nights but would have done if there for longer. It wasn't a problem for a quick stay and we could use the smaller, detachable shower head instead.

Brilliant location right near the centre of Mahon but still a quiet little street. Super friendly and helpful host, Jordi.

Nothing was wrong at all. It was perfectly fair value but OK, I guess it would be quite luxurious to stay a whole week at the rate we paid.
