The location is amazing. Close to beach and great clubs. The place is comfortable to stay.
The name of the villa is confusing (there is no hidden tree sign). Getting to the beach required walking through Lv8 resort. My friends complained of some smell in hot water (may be the geyser needed cleaning). There was no coffee, tea or sugar. The beds post are protuding and I hurt my foot twice.

The set up of the villa is nice. Nice large areas, decorated really nicely. Very similar to the pictures. The location is handy, it is in a very long drive way. Due to construction that qas happening at the time of our stay the easy access to the beach had been blocked off which was a shame.
The hot water had a bad smell. The fridge did not seem to be working very well. Due to construction it had blocked off easy access to the beach and easy access to finns and atlas, therefore had to go the long way around.

The property is super nice and private
The huge construction site next door which you had to walk through to get to the beach. It was muddy with heavy machinery working. Not great.
