The water park is really great and is the reason to come to this resort. Also the pools are beautiful and the hotel looks very nice. The crew is great and food was ok (dont expect all included to be as good as restaurants).

The room had a shower without a door for privacy. This really is bugging. location is such that you need a car to travel to rhodes old city or lindos but thats fine.

* Beautiful hotel, maintained to a high standard, manicured lawns and gardens, large pools, plenty of sunbeds, a particularly beautiful infinity pool. * Food: Excellent breakfasts, inconsistent in the evening, the Asian and Italian themed meals were good, others significantly less so. * Excellent snack bar! * Attentive and caring staff who are always eager to help. * Very nice entertainment crew, with activities throughout the day that kept my 11-year-old busy. * Fun water park that entertained 3 generations.

* The room (in the main building) - glass door to the bathroom and shower is not sealed at all and there is a window with a shutter towards the general room. We could not think of a situation where it was necessary to open the shutter, and on the other hand there are quite a few situations where more privacy would have helped. * The evening entertainment was quite low-level, it failed to hold an audience on any evening. * I wanted to like the cocktails but I didn't - too many artificial flavor syrups, everything comes out too sweet and not high enough quality. In addition, they use a machine that mixes the drinks instead of classic shaking, it may be faster but really not better. I would have waited a few more minutes for a better quality product. * The pools have missing parts in the flooring and need maintenance or even renovation.

Everything! We stayed as a couple with our 1.10-year-old toddler. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to make staying as a family (and in general) seamless. The pools, water park, food, drinks, and overall facilities were fantastic. Our room was wonderful, featuring a balcony with views of the pools and breathtaking sunrises.

Overall, we loved our stay, but two small details would make it perfect: 1. Toddler drop-off options: It would be wonderful to have short, 1-hour drop-off (or “babysitting”) sessions for non-English speaking toddlers at the baby club. The current childcare service is only in English, and having an option for non-English speakers would give parents a brief, much-appreciated break to spend short time by ourselves. 2. Shade for the playground: The outdoor playground gets direct sunlight and becomes extremely hot very early in the morning (even by 8 AM in mid-September). Adding shade would make a huge difference.
