It was a perfect location to the trains station and to the centre of down. Lots of places near by to have a drink or to eat.

The apartment is beautiful and very clean/spacious and close to the train station and town centre (excellent for commuting to London). Check in was very straightforward and we were given all the information we needed for a comfortable, stress-free stay. The host was more than helpful and let us arrange early check in/late checkout on short notice.
Nothing! I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. No complaints!

Loved the location. A short walk to train station and city centre. Host was lovely and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen facilities, flexible bed arrangements, cute decor. We loved being able to take a short train into London but come back to the vibrant but peaceful community of St Albans.
It’s a bit loud with the trains so we had to keep the windows closed at night. Having a fan kept us cool, though.

Convenient location but right on the train tracks so no sleeping with the windows open!
Beds are comfortable.
Building is a bit shabby. Apartment is nice but could do with a bit of care. Sofa is worn and not comfortable. Toilet drips loudly. Carpet in bedroom is stained. Was surprised that no shower soap was provided.
