Swimming pool with option of shelter, lovely outside area, easy to use BBQ grill, plenty of living space/beds. Kitchen generally well equipped with appliances. Location is super, by car it's 5 mins to the main station, 5 mins to the beach. Accessible by bus but car is more convenient. Although we didn't meet the owner, he was always quick to react when we had questions or requests. Thanks for the stay! We would definitely consider returning.

Property is a little rough around the edges and in need of renovation. Elevator doesn't work so to move between floors you have to go outside, which is slightly inconvenient. On the other hand, it offers two private spaces. Upper floor has a very low ceiling and the billiards table is good, but the cues are missing tips and no chalk. A kettle would also be useful.
