The apartment was in a great location and had a beautiful entrance hall. We were in apartment T201, there are other apartments in the building. This review only refers to the one we stayed in. The air conditioning was great, the apartment was clean and spacious with a good view out over the street below. There are loads of bars and cafes in the immediate area. The Lidl was a 5 minute walk away. we asked for early access and we were able to get in at 2 which was great. The private patio was a real sun trap and a nice place to relax.
The only problem was that the WIFI didnt work. This also meant that the smart TV didnt work. We communicated this by whatsapp along with photos that showed there was no wifi. The response was that no one else had a problem. The guests in T202 also had no WIFI and had been told the same thing.

Communication before we left uk on how to get link for ID forms was very poor. Thankfully booking.com customer services assisted us. Booking.com don't allow links and the apartment should know this.
It's very busy and noisy at night but this is to be expected and is part of the experience.

Excellent property! The best one we stayed during our trip in Andalusia. Very good location, renovated building, very well equipped. Everything was clean and comfortable. Excellent stay in Seville. Plenty of Parking lots on the streets around the location. Building is in the pedestrian zone and no way to get there by car, but it is not a problem at all.
