Il s'agit d'un petit studio bien situé, à 3min à pied du métro, bien agencé avec un couchage confortable. Rénové récemment et décoré qui pourrait être agréable s'il était parfaitement propre.

Le studio n'était nettoyé qu'en surface. Poussière partout, cafetière non vidée non nettoyée, état de la salle de bain désastreux, lavabo bouché, toilettes en sani-broyeur et douche extrêmement sale, les joints sont plus noir que blanc, produits de douche vides ou moisis, calcaire. Placard de la cuisine sale, obligé de renettoyer la vaisselle. Micro-onde sale, vitres sales. Pas de chauffage à notre arrivé 11,5°C dans l'appartement. À fuir si le propriétaire ne fait pas un important travail de nettoyage surtout dans la salle de bain. 95€ la nuit, ça m'a fait mal au vu de l'état.

The property is very close to train station. Easy to get around have to take 2 trains to Paris central. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. We find the area is quite safe. The room got everything we need although it is not new.

I particularly liked the local neighbourhood; it was safe and friendly with a good range of shops and nice restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was simply set up but it had everything one needs and was clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner responded promptly to all my questions.

Not knowing how to connect to the internet without a separate request, because when travelling one depends on communication systems.

It's pretty comfortable.

1- When people go out from the building, the building door sounds pretty loud, and since the apartment is next to the building door, it disturbs, and if you're sleeping, the noise will wake you up. 2- The apartment is on the ground floor, and the window goes directly to the street. This means that when people walk on the sidewalk, they can look into the apartment, which is just one room. 3- The location is not great; it's about 14 stations from the center.

Amazing location, wonderful room, the Montrouge area is just beautiful with lots of shops and cafes. Definitely coming back!
