Leuk apartement, op een zeer goede plek! (Nummer 52) Genoeg parkeerplekken dichtbij het appartement. Prachtige zonsopgang en heerlijk rustig complex Het zwembad was heerlijk!! Verwarmd en prachtig

Het appartement werd wel erg warm, wij wisten van te voren dat er geen airco was maar we hebben het erg warm gehad (ook een calima meegemaakt een aantal dagen..) BADKAMER -Geen badzeep of dergelijke. -Handzeep pompje was leeg -Onhandige instap voor de douch(in de badkuip) -kleine douchkop (tip: bazar zijn de douchkoppen heel goedkoop, je kunt hem makkelijk vervangen) -enkel 4 grote badhanddoeken -douchraam > geen privacy - wasmachine geeft vaak error melding -vieze roest in het bad KEUKEN -geen handzeep -geen extra vuilniszakken -kasjes gaan moeilijk open en dicht -kleine koelkast die steeds verschuift wanneer je hem opent. SLAAPKAMER -bed is erg hard -stopcontacten zitten op onhandige plekken -geluidsoverlast van de drukke weg aan de voorkant (raam moest open ivm warmte) TIPS voor de verhuurder: Badkamer toevoegen: handzeep, badzeep en eventueel extra EHBO spullen Keuken toevoegen: handzeep en zout en peperstel Water in koelkast Muren die verkleurd zijn opnieuw wit maken Rood winkelmandje vervangen door een leuker mandje (genoeg keuze in de bazar!) Airco als het budget het toelaat of anders een extra ventilator

Property is in a quiet area of Gran Canaria, small shop a couple of minutes away or 10min walk to Bahia Feliz, there is also a bus stop very close by, if you are looking for a lively place then this isn’t for you, pool area had plenty room & sun beds although the umbrellas are a bit of a struggle to put up, apartment is a bit dated but it does have everything you need for a stay.

Great location, lovely view, fantastic pool and beautiful grounds. Wonderful sunrise view from the balcony every morning:-) Close to the bus stop giving access to local shopping mall and the island. Short walk to shops and restaurants but far away enough not to be disturbed.

A bit noisy with a busy road to the rear of the apartment. Bed frame needs to be replaced as it squeaks annoyingly. The apartment is a bit rundown but functional. No oven and only 2 hot plates. Fridge is on the small side.

Una sugerencia: por favor pongan aire acondicionado o ventiladores más potentes,los días que estuvimos no descansamos por el calor que hacía,los colchones ardían por la acumulación del calor,el ventilador que había tuvimos que desarmar y limpiarlo por la suciedad acumulada. Cuando hay ola de calor con ventilador solo es imposible soportar. Calidad/precio no corresponde para las prestaciones que ofrece. Ducha oxidada,etc. Por favor reciban este comentario como constructivo para mejorar las prestaciones,ya que cuando alquilamos para unas mini vacaciones queremos mínimamente descansar bien.
