The property is in the centre of Holmfirth and you can walk everywhere in the town easily. Andrea met us at the property to help with parking as there is no parking at the property, but we parked a five minute walk away in a long stay carpark. The property is very nice and spacious. Good value for money and has everything you need.

Nothing , all good. Just you need to walk up stairs to the property so would not suit everyone.

Lovely place to stay. Tucked away so was quiet. Host very friendly. Brilliant location especially if you have disabilities.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to pubs, restaurants and shops. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. Andrea was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

The garden was a bit slippery but because it was raining a fair bit we didn't go out there much.

The location is brilliant as it is so close to the town. Andrea was a lovely host- she met us at the house, showed us round & explained the amenities. She offered us a late check out without any extra charge which was much appreciated. We left an item at the property, which she very kindly arranged to get back to us Milk & biscuits provided free of charge. Clean bedding & good pillows The shower function was good

The property is need of a revamp & more attention to detail is required. We didn’t use the garden area but it clearly needs updating & maintenance work on it. It was not appealing to go in to As you enter the downstairs of the property there is a musty smell & this was also evident in the main bedroom. There is a strong drain smell when the under sink cupboard is opened. The stair bannister is loose, lamp outside bathroom does not work The settee in the dining area ( where main TV is) is very uncomfortable & needs replacing There are two single beds in the 3rd bedroom- they are too big for the space available, no table to put items on, not able to access power at bed end of room There is mould & holes in the ceiling above the shower & the shower seal is very poor I would describe the cleaning as adequate only & had probably been rushed The blinds in the 2nd bedroom provide privacy but offer no light exclusion what so ever Essential cutlery items were missing - these were replaced by the host the following morning but it affected us having a meal at the property.
