clean, comfortable, great location, quiet, washer/ dryer a plus(tricky to find- in kitchen under microwave in cabinet!) our camino bags were delivered and picked up easily.
no A/C, though one fan was provided. hosts slow to respond after check-in on whatsapp by call or text (one hour +).

Location. Spacious and comfortable overall.
Outdated TV. Hosts were slow to respond and were not accommodating for a family emergency I had while traveling. Minor cleaning issues (i.e. things left out of place— random hair found somewhere, hangar left on a picture frame). No silverware.

Good location
Lack of basic amenities. A coffee machine but without any coffee. Not even a piece of napkin is available in the kitchen.
Have cooking facilities but no basic seasoning like salt and pepper or even cooking oil. This is the 10th hotel that we stayed during our Camino central walk and the only one that lacking such basic amenities. If you expect guess to provide their own coffee or napkin during their overnight stay, you should have noticed in your website.
