It was quiet, although located near a road (but not a busy road). There was a forest nearby where we could go for a walk. The place was clean, there were couple of things we didn't expect which was nice to have ( for example:biscuit for breakfast, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, books, wii and wii games...) Beatrice and Rafael gave us clear directions on how to find the chalet and told us other little things in advance so we didn't need to contact them. The place is roughly 12 minutes driving away from Galashiels, so not far if you need to go for a wonder or need to get some supplies. Definitely recommend this place ☺️

The mattress was a bit small, but I guess it depends on personal preferences.

Sehr gemütliche Einrichtung, Waschmaschine und Trockner ideal für längere Reise mit wenig Gepäck.

Helpful host, good little contained flat.

Poor WI-FI, very cold, shower barely working
