Perfect all for me and wife for golf vacation

The property was very clean, staff was very accommodating, considering that our flight got canceled yesterday.

The beds are just a tad bit stiff, but you really can’t complain when everything else was perfect.

I didn’t appreciate being called by the front desk and awakened at 1Am..because she gave a new guest my room # by accident with their key. She wanted me to let them know the key was for 408 if they came to my room by mistake. Super annoying.. and the nerve to think I want to get up to direct a stranger in the wee hours of the night!

We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious, clean and well-decorated the hotel room was. And the pool was so refreshing and warm! Located right near the mall and several nice restaurants like Red Lobster we didn't have to go far for anything. There is also a Walmart and a Costco nearby!! Couldn't ask for more!

The breakfast wasn't the best but it was free so...

The location was further from the airport than expected. Further, complimentary service to the airport starts at 7am and our flight was scheduled to depart at 6:45am hence a taxi was needed. Room service was not available and because of location and rental car was returned as contracted selection of food service was limited to external delivery service. Requested a 3:00am wake up call to prepare for early departure which was not honored. As backup we programmed our phones for early wake up.

Fantastic hotel suite, everything pretty much was great.

I'm going to nitpick on the pillows which were too flimsy, but otherwise every was really great.

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. My son thinks Tim at the front desk is his new best friend. Tim gave wonderful restaurant recommendations and told us where the best places were to park. He even had a plate of cookies for my son on our last night there.

The outdoor pool could have been a little cleaner.

No problem. Lots of options and stocked well. Central location of hotel with lots of comfy seating.

They didn't give us clean towels everyday...we had to go down and ask for them every single time

Great bed a clean, specious room.

Breakfast - was typical, but 2 of the mornings - they started cleaning up before the scheduled time- so I didnt eat at the Homewood Suites... so didnt really see the value of having breakfast.
