Brand new/remodeled facilities. Professional courteous staff. Delightfully surprised all is new. Great coffee in room, locally roasted.

Easy location for access to the town of Kellogg plus easy interstate access.

Security - outer doors were rarely shut so anyone could have access into the building, day or night.

The room was spotless! Well maintained. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have stayed here twice and will be back on my visits through to BC.

American standard what we like. Quite clean and enough space. We just stayed one night so it was okay. It wasn't poor or bad so we were satisfied. We didn't even take a picture, sorry.

My husband said it felt like the hotel was about to close soon because no restaurant open, just a "to go" breakfast and staff was not very dedicated as if they knew effort doesn't make sense anymore. I don't know if he's right. Should have been cheaper. We went to the breakfast restaurant on the other side (got recommendation). Good but expensive and long waiting time.

Breakfast choices were limited. No real options for individuals with dietary restriction (eg, gluten-free; lactose-free) Not sure if there were pet free rooms available for those with animal dander allergies.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
