This was a great stay, very clean, perfect location, and nice parking. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Annapolis.

Beautiful property with a great location to downtown and easy access to shuttle service. Well maintained and safe security setup. The only information I would pass along that is not provided by the property owners outstanding welcome letter is the onsite parking will not accommodate any truck, SUV, or large vehicle. We needed to park offsite at public pay parking and walk about a block. Definitely will stay there again.

Very clean! Great place! Little cafe downstairs for coffee and pastries in the morning. We enjoyed the deck looking out to the street and it comes with a parking spot. Most excellent! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Naval Academy walking distance as well. Great for those that do not navigate stairs well and a walk-in shower! My in-laws are in their mid-eighties and the property worked well.

Great location with all the amenities we needed. Home nicely appointed and the communication was perfect. Easy to walk to Main Street and the Naval Academy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent property on the periphery of the historic district. We could walk to the Waterfront and the US Naval Academy. The balcony and parking spot were definite plusses.

Perfect central, safe, well-appointed home in Annapolis! We loved being a quick and walkable jaunt from the waterfront and all downtown offers. The building was new and felt very safe for two female travelers. Being just above Curate was a bonus for a yummy latte! I would recommend this beautiful home for all that it has to offer and the ease of check-in and check-out. Thank you so much for hosting us!

The condo was very comfortable and well accommodated. Our older teen children enjoyed having their own space and tvs. The beds were comfortable. It was a great place to come back to after visiting Washington DC. Annapolis was beautiful and very festive. Wee enjoyed the safe neighborhood and ease of parking and would love to stay again!

Great location. As a past hotel owner, don't buy the cheapest toilet paper and paper towels. They are annoying and hurt. You spend more money buying the cheap stuff than buying better in the long run. Trust me. Cheap furniture. Guest bedroom bed the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. The worst was the TV. Get rid of ROKU. Cant watch any live news unless you pay for it through other services, its a crappy service and the spare bedroom TV has trouble connecting. At this price point I am sure you are making enough money to get a real cable service.

This location had all that we wanted with many thoughtful details. It was very clean and comfortable for an active family. The technology, garage, porch and amenities were all appreciated! Hopefully we will be back!

Pros: location, cleanliness, comfortable, well stocked, plenty tv’s Cons: either it’s an INCREDIBLY unsafe area or owner is CIA or renters enjoy escape rooms but to get in and out there is a massive risk of being licked out if your cell dies, is lost, or power goes out. You have to find somewhere to park so you can go inside get the garage fob come back out get in car go to garage park car go back upstairs and yea- during 104 degree weather- not a great way to start anddddd all the directions forgetting in and out us INSIDE the condo oh - and you have to upload an app and follow lengthy instructions inside. Hip isn’t always better. Overall- nicely appointed and loved having balcony.

Great place to stay in Annapolis! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything you need. The location was ideal (walkable to town and many restaurants and shops, but in a quieter area than near the dock).

Can't say enough about this lovely property - situated perfectly in town. Ideal for families with a son or daughter at USNA! (If my son attends, this will TOTALLY be our spot)! The building is safe and new. Easy parking access. The unit itself is updated and cozy, with all the amenities. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My husband, my mother and I came to Annapolis for a wedding. We found the condo in a great location near everything we wanted to do. It was a bit tricky to get in but the owner was quite patient with me. Once I learned what to do and got the key fob, it was no problem. We thought the place was lovely, very clean and well equipped. The elevator and onsite parking were awesome because I had my 80 year old mother with us. I loved the balcony overlooking West St. The coffee shop below the condo was great for coffee and muffins for breakfast and a little espresso shot in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend this place!

Thank you for letting me stay in your beautiful unit! The condo is very nice and quite new. It is as depicted in the pictures. I found the owner extremely responsive for any questions that I had. The thermostat had a battery issue but it was no big deal because you can adjust the temperature, etc. on the alarm panel. The neighbors were friendly and I only heard a pair high heels from the unit above twice. It was during the day and work week. The patio is super cute. I have a couple of suggestions that can improve the stay. I couldn't find a pair of scissors. Luckily, I had a pair of cuticle scissors to suffice. Another small of box of detergent and an extra couple of trash bags are needed.

It is on the 2nd floor so you do get some car noise from the master bedroom but that is part of being ‘in the middle of things.’ We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. We were 6 total with 5 adults and one 7 year old. We didnt feel cramped or on top of each other. The place was spacious.

My first impression was not good as far as checking into the property. The directions say to call the unit on the box outside the lobby and you will be buzzed into the building. We tried for 45 minutes to get anything other than a voicemail. The problem is you cannot get into the lobby without a fob or someone letting you into the building. Residents of course checking their mail in the lobby do not want to let a random stranger into the building. We were able to convince someone to let us into the lobby and up to the unit. The "Latch" App did send us a code to the unit but it was not working. We finally rang the 'ring' doorbell and a man answered via a phone app and said just wait a minute and hung up. The Latch App then started to work. The fobs for the building were inside the unit so then we could come and go as we needed. We never heard back from the property manager as to why they weren't there or able to let us into the lobby on the first day. The property manager did not respond to phone calls, emails or texts. We never heard from the property manager until she sent us an email the day before checkout reminding us of everything we needed to do to checkout so as not to be charged any extra fees. Customer Service is very poor for the rental price of the unit. The unit itself was very nice with the exception of the pots and pans. If you do intend to do any cooking - even simple breakfast - these are the worst pots and pans I have ever seen in a rental unit. Also, be prepared to provide your own dishwasher soap none is provided and the check out rules state you will be charged extra for not washing and putting away dishes. The location of the Unit on West street is good since you are in walking distance to restaurants and sites. However, be prepared for excessive traffic noise and street noise in the Master Bedroom.

Property was very clean and communication regarding our stay was excellent. The only thing to note is that the parking garage is a very steep incline!
