Nach deiner Rückkehr in diese Ferienwohnung mit 37 Quadratmetern kannst du am Strand ausspannen, am beheizten Pool chillen oder auf dem Balkon etwas trinken. Auch den Grill wirst du mögen. Wenn du genug Frischluft getankt hast, gibt es dank WLAN-Internetzugang und Kabel-/Satellitenfernsehen zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, wie du auch drinnen deine freie Zeit ausgiebig genießen kannst.

This is a small condo; approx. 410sf. It is listed as a “beautiful condo” however, it is dated and tired looking. It advertises “ocean view” however, it is only a partial view as the balcony is adjacent to a wall blocking the northerly view of the ocean. The furnishings were sparse and the decorations looked like they were purchased at a flea market. The front door lacks a deadbolt and one cannot lock the condo from the inside. The entry is also across from the elevator and ice maker. The worst part was the overwhelming chemical smell of the cleaning agent that permeated throughout the place and even into our clothing. We rented the place for 3 nights but left after only 1 night.

This is an expensive rental for an old and dirty apartment. The bathroom was very dirty, mostly the bathtub and the tile. The towels smelled bad. There were no supplies, but two small bar soaps. The furniture in that apartment is old, and in bad shape. The window covers for the balcony are oversized and horrible. The bed covers and linens were old and in bad condition. We almost got locked inside the bedroom because the door lock is in bad shape. The kitchen pans and pots were minimal. We were given an expired code for the beach gate. We would never come back to this apartment, nor would recommend it to anyone. The apartment needs a complete overhaul, including new furniture and decoration. VRBO should inspect this property, and have it totally reconditioned before listing it for rental. Finally, the overall building is not the best either. The beach is great, but everything else around this property is awful.

This condo needs to be updated badly! Everything smells like cigarette smoke including the bathroom towels. The “automatic” lock on the door does not work well at all. Multiple times we would hit the lock button on the outside of the door and it would not lock. The same goes for the inside of the door when you try to lock it. You would have to have dead silence and twist the lock multiple times for you to hear a faint sound that the door had actually locked. It didn’t make us feel very safe at night. The tv in the bedroom is on its way out as well, my husband had to move the cords around for the tv to finally work. For how much I paid I was very disappointed. The only things this place has going for it is the view of the beach, beach access, and it’s dog friendly.

You cannot beat the view or easy access to beach!! Check in and check out incredibly easy!! Condo floor was extremely sandy/dirty upon arrival. Is a basic condo that will meet all needs for a family vacation. Would stay again.

Outstanding fir the most part! Weather didn’t cooperate much but otherwise it was Great. If I had to pick one thing to address it would be the area for the dogs to do their business. It was awful. We will be back for sure later this year

Loved being on the ocean. Saw a rocket launch standing on the walkway to the beach. Everyone was nice. Close to food, State parks, grocery stores, dog park and St Augustine.

The location and the view are the best parts of this property. So close to Crescent Beach with a private boardwalk for Lodge guests. On the beach in less than 5 minutes. The check in/out process was simple - although the directions were not clear on how to lock the unit but a call to the management company cleared it up with a quick visit from maintenance. The unit itself is a little rough around the edges - worn furniture and fixtures. The kitchen was nice. They have made good use of space and packed a lot into a small unit - it's about the size of a suite style hotel room. Great for just me and the pups but it would be cramped with more than two adults. That said, it was all worth it for the view and proximity to the beach!

Was very limited space inside to put things . Was dirty under bed and behind the headboard and was pet hair on sheet. Had trouble with door lock at first but ok after that .

We had a great stay at this facility. Rental was exactly as represented. Only complaint is the pool closes at 8:00 which is too early for summertime.

Florida get away
This location has a great beach access. Everything clean and tidy. Short drive to St. Augustine and restaurants. The only suggestion is that there were no beach accessories provided (such as beach chairs, beach towels etc.) which would be nice and we have had at other vacation locations. Overall great accommodation.

Property was very nice. Room was as advertised. Clean and comfortable room. The only complaint if I'm being critical was couch is a bit worn and not very comfortable. Great views of ocean and pool from the room.

Nice but could use some work
It was very quaint
but the dishes where dirty looked as if no washed just put away.
Only one roll of toilet paper was provided
The shower was hard to work.

Nice condo with a view. The ones that stayed before us did not wash the dishes very good. Enjoyed stitting on balcony watching the waves roll in. Will rent again.
