The condo was poorly furnished and not well maintained

There was very loud construction going on so we couldn't be in the unit from 8 to 4:00. Very inconvenient and we are awaiting our partial refund.

Clean and spacious and a gorgeous view . The beach was spectacular and to have to beach chairs was a plus . Nice way to spend my Birthday

Nothing really . Only thing if it had a smart tv I could connect my shows . I was asleep about 20 mts into my shows on my phone lol

Gate, door & Wi-Fi codes were provided the day before my vacation started, this help with our late arrival. The complementary chairs & umbrellas on the beach were really nice. Miramar Beach is clean white sand, and the water is clear enough to see fish.

Can't see the sun rise or sun sets from the balcony of the condo.

There was black mold in master shower and behind toilet. Sink in second bathroom was leaking and left all the towels underneath wet, mattress in master bedroom was awful squeaked with every movement and there was cockroaches which did not surprise the staff!

Our first time staying here. Overall it was an excellent vacation. the resort is located on the east end of the tourist area. This area was very low key. Opposite end of the area was more of a tourist trap with a lot of people. Room was a nice size. Full kitchen with a decent selection of supplies. We were missing a frying pan so if you plan to cook I would recommend taking inventory before shopping. The master bedroom was very large with a king size bed and an attached full bath. The second bedroom had 2 single beds. The downside to the second bedroom was the bright lights from the walkway that would light up the room at night. Would have been nice to have better shades due to this. Next to the second bedroom was another full size bath. Place was clean. Extra towels under the sinks in each bathroom. Dishwasher was a nice touch. The balcony was excellent to sit and watch and listen to the waves at night. Nice large dinning room table. Nice size pool. The ocean view was amazing. The "Private" beach was very nice. Not a lot of people at all. They charge for chairs and an umbrella. Wasn't very cheap. But it is an option. Water was warm and clear. I missed the welcome packet on the counter top until a few days into our stay. Not a big deal but the wrist bands are needed. Plenty of places to eat with a few miles. Overall I would give this place 8.5 out of 10. I will book a week here next year again. I enjoyed the peace.

Not major but the return vents were a tad dusty. Security was a tad laxed. I had no issues but if needed I am not sure they could offer much.

Location was awesome! The unit was nicely designed and clean. The onsite staff were very pleasant and attentive. It was the perfect place to decompress and relax. Host was very responsive to all questions and provided clear directions. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. Staff was great. It was clean, comfortable, easy access to the beach, beautiful white sand beach, and close proximity to everything without being over run by too many people.

King bed was a little uncomfortable but not too bad. Hot water ran out relatively quickly, and the dry left fuzzy lent all over clothes and towels. But that's being picky. Over all we loved it!

The view of the beach & gulf from the balcony was spectacular! The entire condo was clean & stocked with everything we needed.

Much lint from up inside the dryer (not the lint screen) made it’s way into the dryer barrel & onto our clothes. We had cleaned the lint screen but still collected a lot of lint on our dry clothes.

I liked the view. I liked that it was so simple to get to beach. The size of the condo was great, very roomy. The condo was very clean.

The living room furniture is worn out. The couch was uncomfortable due to being over worn. The dryer vent was not working properly. The property needs a restaurant/bar area near pool/beach area to provide snacks and drinks.

We thought we'd be getting a beach house as referenced in the name of the listing. It was instead a condo in a large building. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable and the facilities were clean. Loved that the unit had a washer/dryer setup and that there were pots and pans to use.

The listing name is deceptive. It's listed as a beach house but it's just a condo.

Right on the beach and loved the view. Loved that the private beach was not crowded.

Got locked out of our unit for about 3 hours until we could get a hold of someone.

The view was amazing, w/d was great, kitchen was good and stocked.

First walking in it smelled misty and noticed right away that the AC filters need cleaning badly, and vents. Allergies were very bad. Couch was itchy fabric.Patio chairs were uncomfortable. Bed was not the best and didn't sleep well. Bathroom drawer was loose and hanging so I couldn't put anything in it. Toilet needs tightened up. The floor is soft it places. No hangers in the closet so I had to live out of suitcase. Staff was working on the cross walk to the beach entrance and didn't finish until the day before we had to leave so we had no choice but to walk to the other side all week.

The location was great. Easy access to road with a red light. The view was phenomenal. I like that the kitchen was stocked with cookware, cutlery, and dishes. This helped with not having to eat out for every meal, whiche meant we had more money for activities. The pillows were good. I usually bring my own but forgot. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the pillows.

The toilet paper and paper towels were CHEAP, especially for the price paid to rent the place. The toilet was awkward to use due to it being right up against the tub. The bed was very uncomfortable and springy. The outdoor lounge chair on the balcony needs replaced. The blinds and windows in the bedroom didn't work properly. I also feel like the shower head was too low.
