Where to start. First off the good. Location was good. Condo complex was good. The grounds well maintained. Now to the not so good. Trying to work with the Metro management of this place was a nightmare. Never have I been so frustrated with securing a room and jumping through all their hoops,and I travel a lot.Their app that they want to confirm you ID on didn't work at all. Then after contacting them they said it was fine just fill out the security deposit app which they emailed to me. It didn't work either. The app said I didn't have a reservation. Several phone calls over several days to booking.com and them contacting Metro finally resulted at 3:30 p.m.on the day my reservation started secured me a security code to get in the condo. Pictures show a large couch with a lounging end,that was not there. So one of our party had to sleep on a small 5' couch. Not fun. The couch cushions had crumbs all underneath them. The walls in bedroom were water damaged badly. But the worst was the front door. The dead bolt had no metal striker,just raw wood. And the " security" latch was just screwed into the frame trim around the door,not into anything solid,and that trim framing was completely falling off,so basically a good kick to the door and it would let anyone that wanted in access. Glad I had dog with me that would have not been friendly to someone breaking in,but still felt less then secure. Lets just say I would definitely not rent here again.

I didn't like that I put five nights I had called to let them know that it was pouring water from the ceiling all over the floor in the bedroom and no one ever came to fix it and my wife and I had to spend the whole time sleeping on the couch because we're afraid to sleep on the bed. With fear the ceiling would fall from the When the water started pouring. It was leaving big bubbles in the ceiling I even slipped and fell the first night because I didn't see the water on the floor. I called to see if they would reimburse me some money or comp me some days and they never called me back or never did anything to satisfy the problem. I spent almost $600 and I couldn't even enjoy our anniversary
