Cabin has four suites with king beds and private bathrooms. Ideal for four couples or family groups with a sleeper sofa and roll out beds as well. Roomy living room and spacious decks. Easy access to cabin with no step entrance, paved parking, and small grassy area for pets. The hot tub was enjoyable and the upstairs jacuzzi had strong jets. The lot is wooded and offers privacy even though it has neighbors on either side. The cabin is located near the parkway through the woods almost across from the Shoneys so we liked the convenience of easy access to Pigeon Forge, area shops, dining, and attractions. It was clean and initial stocking was a described in listing. Keurig was a bonus.Cabin needs updates as well as yard maintenance and bear proof trash cans. The cabin has wear and tear from prior guests, use as a rental, and has some areas that could be considered safety concerns (lose decking on entrance, light plates and receptacle plates broken or missing in some cases). Area of maintenance in basement rooms includes a broken jacuzzi tub and ceiling tiles that are missing or need replacing (drop ceiling). I felt it was important to point this out for future travelers and I have shared this feedback with owner who was open and responsive to feedback. I would ask before booking if these areas have been remedied.

The house did have 4 bedrooms and each with its own bathroom, and the location was great. However, there were several maintenance issues that should have been addressed before continuing to host guests. For example, multiple ceiling tiles that needed replacing downstairs due to deteriorating/leaks, broken board on the entrance into the house, multiple bulbs out, not as clean as preferred, and several cosmetic maintenance issues. The house was workable but not up to the standard of what I thought I was paying for.

Could use a little more TLC. But we enjoyed our stay.

Beside the roaches and rug full hair.the bedrooms was very nice and the beds was very comfortable.did not call the property manager, because she out line a letter that she had a family to see after also so she might not be able get with me right then but at her earliest convenience she will answer back.so with a statement like that i choose not to text or call..but another then that my trip was.nice.
