Spent 2 days out of seven waiting on electricians to check wiring because of outlets not working in frontroom and bedroom. Then a day waiting on plumber for shower in second bedroom. Chairs on balcony were rusted about to fall apart. Pictures on wall, beds and carpet were all wrong , very MISLEADING for condo details. Will not stay in this unit every again. Have stayed at the commodore for the last 10yrs for family vacations. Never again in this unit. My 1st review was back in July 2022 it never made this page !!!! Its now Dec 2022 maybe this 1 will make it

We chose this condo due to heated pool and balcony. Upon arrival, the balcony furniture was sparce and one chair was broken. The property manager did address quickly. Both toilets were broken and I had to fix the devices in the tank. The pool was not heated as informed it would be and we were unable to utilize at all (in fact, no one was in the pool the entire week). The condo itelf was okay, but in dire need of update. The refrigerator does not even have an ice maker and the stove was rusted.

Great location. The unit was fine but quite of few small maintenance issues need to be taken care of for it to get a better rating.

Pullout couch was broken and first air mattress given to replace it leaked. Also pretty inconvenient having an air mattress in the living room floor during our stay. Hot water went out and took 2 days and multiple emails to get fixed. Shower drain was clogged and after a coyole emails and what seemd like a couple attempts by maintenence it remained clogged. Place smelled like mildew when we arrived until i ran the ac for a while so it had clearly been left off or set to high to maintain the moisture level of the unit.
Lady i had contact with was great but maintenence sucked and seems coompany practices on maintenance also suck.

The condo is a little dated and the appliances were ancient, but the location is perfect especially if you’re really only sleeping there. The beach was beautiful and Schooners and Patches are walking distance. The heated pool was a big plus as well when the weather was cooler.

This is the best places to stay with several eateries within walking distance. The views of the ocean are the best.

The lady I talked to about not being able to get in when we arrived was very courteous and the lady I talked to about no toaster was especially nice

Great family getaway
My sister and her husband and their boys were 3 floors above us in a similar condo. We were constantly back and forth. We got to grill hamburgers one afternoon under the pavilion. We enjoyed our stay and the condo met our expectations.

Love This End of The Beach
Beautiful beaches. Booking was easy, communication was good and we had all we needed. Condo was fine for our stay but definitely needs to be updated. Carpet is dirty.

Great stay
Condo is a little dated, but clean. The beach was nice. Check-in was a breeze. The cable was in and out the entire week, but wasn’t a big deal as we were on the beach most of the time. Property is secure.

Overall experience was not good. Was expecting more than i got. Getting our room took so long. Several things were broke. Had no cable. Blinds were broke in master bedroom.

Stay was great
Room was a little outdated some cabinet doors would not shut all the way and some of the blinds on windows were broke off. Other than that is was a great stay and location

Now if you are someone that is going to nick pick every little detail, then this isn’t the place for you but if you want a cozy family friendly place and are not picky, then this is your place.

Property is exactly as pictured. Great location on the quiet end of the beach within easy walking distance of a handful of restaurants/bars. Dolphins offshore in the morning and perfect sunsets in the evening.
The whole experience could be improved with the addition of a couple of beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

Great Stay
The home is exactly like the pictures. There was a brand new set of cookware ready for us and the beds were cozy! The location was awesome, being on that end of the beach is a little more quiet and great if you are looking to still space out from everyone. I do want to note however there was a surprising no booze on the beach mandate for the area for all of march and they were definitely patrolling!!

My daughter and I stayed at this condo for a month in February 2021 -- it was a retirement dream of mine and it was wonderful. The location is great -- close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. and yet the beach was expansive and beautiful. We often walked down to the state park and enjoyed the sand dunes -- even saw deer one day at the beach! The condo was perfect for the 2 of us -- very roomy with a big balcony - great views. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was functional with lots of space. Full size washer and dryer. Very clean upon arrival. Book That Condo was a pleasure to work with -- professional and prompt with all communications-- also just very nice. First time to visit Panama City Beach -- it was a wonderful month at the beach and a great condo!
