I loved the location of this property. Also parking was easy- and the location of this condo was great. Located on the ground level with a parking lot very close- steps to the condo, No stairs, lovely. The beach was close, along with so many other amenities. Shops, bars, restaurants, etc.

Wonderful, no issues

I’ll start with the positives of this beautiful place: We were met with a welcome gift and a clean home. All of air conditioners and fans worked wonders in keeping the home cool and circulated during our stay! Not to mention the easiest check in I have ever experienced. We arrived on a Sunday so we used the after hours security phone to obtain a parking pass, getting into the place was simple and instructions are clearly emailed to you before your arrival. The location was gorgeous and very close to the main beach on the strip. I would highly recommend hiring a car if you plan on exploring the rest of Maui, it was the best thing we did! There were only a few downfalls for this place but the main one was the door, it wasn’t too much of an issue once we figured it out but closing the door requires force and you have to make sure the knob on the inside is turned correctly for it to actually lock on the outside. We were a group of 3 young women travelling alone and safety is our biggest priority for us, once we figured the door out it was smooth sailing from there. Another smaller note was that the toaster had food stuck on the inside which made it smoke whenever we tried to use it. We also would’ve loved if it provided a vacuum cleaner so we could maintain the cleanliness of the house. Other than those few bumps the stay was amazing! We’d re-book in a heart beat!

The condo was clean and easily accessible, the walk out patio to a grassy area was a huge plus for the kids. Maui Vista is a great location in Kihei with shops, restaurants and Charley Young Beach all within walking distance. Lots of parking if you rent a vehicle and quick access to Piilani Hwy.

As advertised, super close to everything!

Just a block from beach this is a great place to stay. Nice and clean and comfy bed to sleep in. We enjoyed our week there visiting beautiful Maui

The condo is located in a nicely walkable area of South Kihei Road. Restaurants and beaches are really close by. The unit itself has an updated kitchen and bathroom. However, all the furniture didn't look clean, and we didn't feel comfortable using them without first cleaning it ourselves. I'd recommend updating the living room couch and the bedroom furniture.

We stayed here in April and the accommodations were fantastic. The unit was very welcoming and clean, the updates to this home are perfect and met all of our needs. This unit is fully loaded with AC in the main area and in the bedroom, there was also a super cute welcome gift that was perfect to start our day with a hot pot of coffee. We did notice that there was a microwave missing, but we didn’t need one for our trip. We will definitely be back! Mahalo, Swallow Family.
