location; property was clean ; host was gracious
check in was hard and a bit confusing. I didn’t have the whatsapp so it was hard contacting the host. the host did not let us in until check in online was done ( passports were uploaded) . the property cleaner was still cleaning the room although we came in at almost 3pm . NO LIFT!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place!
The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, and the location was very convenient for exploring Florence. What really made the experience special was the warm hospitality, kindness and attentiveness throughout the stay. Communication was excellent from the beginning, and we really felt looked after.
There were a couple of small noise-related things with the doors and other guests, but they were minor compared with how positive our overall experience was, and the feedback was received with so much understanding and appreciation.

Location was perfect, super close to the center. Room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Mini fridge in the room was a great plus and the luggage storage options. Host was extremely polite, helpful and available at any time. Highly recommend staying here!
