Our appartment had two balconies overlooking the sea. The garden is very well kept and it just takes a minute to get to a small nice beach. The owner was extremely helpful and warm, especially with my four year old son. He immediately responded to every little request we had and made our stay as child-friendly as possible. Also there are a few great taverns and several small supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance.

Location was amazing, balconies overlooked beach and you just walked down the side of apartment onto beach. Rooms were large, spacious, very clean and bright. Iannis who manages the property met us and he was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him he was extremely generous with his time. We had air conditioning in bedroom but not in front room and he supplied an extra fan free of charge. We had an extra bed put in as our son joined us later in the holiday also free of charge and he went and picked our son up from the bus stop in his own car. Large walk in shower very clean, with toiletries provided and orange juice and water also provided for when we arrived. Also had free sunbeds on the beach. The apartment was much larger than expected, had two balconies was very quiet, and had amazing views. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again in the future!

Nothing it was just perfect!

we have stayed here 5 times and it really is the best location in Kalyves. You walk out the back door down a little path and you are on the beach which is gorgeous. Very near to Tavernas and shops. Comfortable rooms and lovely balcony.

We got robbed. 4 apartments had things stolen but no breaking and entering. obviously it was an inside job and a master key must have been used. We were so upset as for 34 years we’ve been travelling to Greece and this is the first time anything stolen. We reported to the police but to be honest it was a bit of a waste of time. Good job we put passports and money in the safe so that was okay. Watches, hearing aids, loose money, my phone which was on charge, husbands aftershave and rayban glasses. Spoilt our stay and we won’t return.
