I really liked this apartment in Hoboken! I drove to nyc for the new years, so I wanted a place with easy parking options, and street parking in front of the building was easy and free. Great location really! if you wanna enjoy new york city, but have a calm place to go back at night. The neighborhood was safe and really nice! I used the bus and ferry to go from/back nyc, very cheap and close by. Also communication with the owner was quick, efficient and easy whenever I had a question!

Before my arrival I was told that the cleaning crew was held up and they needed more time past my scheduled arrival. After sending multiple text messages I was never told when I was able to enter the apartment which negatively affected my evening plans. 15 minutes before check out was scheduled I heard a very loud knocking on the door. I open the door to two people telling then me that there is no rush. This was worrisome as who knocks so loudly on a rental door before the check out time. The place is nice but the operations made it an inconvenience.

Renewed apartment in an old building. Clean Not cousy but functional. Everything was over the computer. No personal contact. But when i needed a watercooker it was brought very quick.
