Clean and nice place

the owner did't answer call...just whatapp even call also don't answer ..Wifi also don't have . If no answer call better we book from retreat hotel . i have to go retreat hotel service counter ask for help .

Last minute planning check in hear. Definitely, the room very clean. The owner also friendly.

Unfortunately, as we know, this area is very scary. When I want to sleep, at 2:00 in the morning, there is an unpleasant noise heard. like people are packing the wardrobe furniture. drag the furniture. so creepy.

All is good. its just, NO 2nd lock from inside of the room/house. means, if someone have the key, they can easily enter the room/house. I sleep restlessly and worry constantly. But Thanks God, Nothing happen. Everything ok. Please help to put door chain lock or any type of lock so that guest can lock their self during night and sleep without worry. Thank you.

Location wise is good. Facilities was sufficient.

Sofa looks dirty. I don't mind if furniture is old but at least clean. Bed too soft while pillow is hard. Lack of free car park zone for guest. Need to improve in terms of security because any stranger can just take lift and went straight to the room.

Styled 2 nights.. Requested fr change of towels in the morning but only came later in the evening after I texted the person in charge. Cleanliness is 7/10. Bed was slightly dusty. Needed a fan in the room.. Cameron Highlands isnt that cold anymore. I was sweating sleeping in the room.
